This store had the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced in all the Lululemon stores I?ve ever been to. I was visiting London from Vancouver, BC Canada (where I live and where Lululemon originated). I have been to MANY Lululemon stores all over Canada and in Asia and have never encountered the type of snobbery that was displayed in this store. It?s a yoga and fitness store for goodness sake, not some high end luxury store. Nobody even bothered to say hello, make eye contact, or even acknowledge my existence. What a shame because I am a big Lululemom fan and shopper. I?ll just go back to Vancouver on Sunday and spend my money where the service is much better and where they have much more variety.

I had my iPhone stolen whilst shopping in the Regents St store. Unfortunately it has been happening a lot there which I was made aware by from the staff. They have a security guard there too which is very disappointing. May I suggest more proactive walking on the floor as the guard did not move from the door. When I made staff aware, a girl called Isha was helpful and empathetic. I am so glad she was working. Disappointing overall experience however Isha's assistance was greatly appreciated

Fully admits to charging higher euro price instead of the correct pound price due to ?tickets are all misprinted? once receipt is checked outside. Refund was given once brought up, would have been missed by a lot of other customers in store.

I visited here for returning my jacket that I ordered from online store and a staff who helped me said like ?you take a box. We don?t have space for a box?. - I took a parcel box for returning back. She was brown and short. I felt she?s quite rude not only because of she said ?you take a box? but also because of she didn?t say anything when I said ?thank you?. I felt like she?s ignoring me. She needs to learn basic manners although she is in bad mood.

Seeking assistance, I approached the Store Manager and Security Officer, only to be met with a dismissive and arrogant response: "What do you expect us to do? It's the second time today. London isn't a safe city; nowhere is."These responses not only normalized theft within the store but were also completely unacceptable. I firmly believe there were far more empathetic approaches that could have been taken.Imagine the impact of a genuine apology, expressions of empathy, and proactive measures such as involving the police, checking security footage, or collecting contact information for updates. Unfortunately, such considerations seemed absent during this unfortunate incident.Furthermore, the reluctance to provide a name and the need to insist on speaking with someone else only heightened the frustration. As a concerned customer, this lack of transparency and empathy go against the standards one would expect from a reputable brand like Lululemon.This review serves as a platform to shed light on the importance of customer care and security.Please?stay safe when in Lululemon!

Really helpful staff, friendly and they go the extra mile. The space is laid out well. The changing rooms were big, I didn?t have to wait at all to use them. Will shop here again. Thank you.

I was walking past this store and almost fell of my chair. I had an incredibly bad experience with a lemon and to see a store named after one left me shaking with fear. 5 stars are because I heard the staff are lovely and the clothing is top notch

Terrible in store service by not only own but two staff at the Regents Street store.I was queuing behind a lady customer at the fitting room and overheard this conversation between her and two Lululemon staffs. The lady was asking for a new piece for the Align top to one of the staffs and the staff rudely asked the lady ?what is wrong with that?. And the lady responded saying that the piece she had was stained. The staff proceeded to take the item from the hangers outside the fitting room (might I say that this isn?t even a new piece as it was one that had been tried on already). The lady then asked the other staff who was also working at the fitting room counter if she can have a new piece for another piece of clothing that she wanted. This staff similarly rudely asked the lady ?what is wrong with that?. The lady said ?there?s nothing wrong but I?d like a new piece if one is available?. The staff proceeded to say ?we don?t do that here?. The lady then left the fitting room area and found a Chinese staff to ask if she could have a new piece for the clothing and the staff gladly scanned the barcode and brought a new piece for her. The lady then mentioned to the Chinese staff that she had been treated rudely and told that she is not allowed to get new pieces as they ?do not do that here?. The Chinese staff was very apologetic and said they can definitely bring new pieces if they have them available.Would just like to comment that it was very disappointing to have encountered not only one but two rude staffs in store. But thankfully we encountered the Chinese staff who was kind, helpful and apologetic about the situation. If not I don?t think I would ever shop with Lululemon again.
