I could not be more happy with Lordship Flooring. They gave excellent advice and came to measure up promptly and efficiently.I now have really beautiful wooden floors and also lovely bathroom floor tiling.Their fitters - Alan and Chris - were the nicest people I have ever had doing work in my house. I recently visited the Dulwich Branch of Lordship flooring . I didn?t have any idea of the complexities of wood floors . An American man, the manager I think, was super helpful and amazingly knowledgeable.I went with a beautiful natural Oak Herringbone.The fitters were amazing Chris,Alan and Ollie. They were very respectful of my home and did a wonderful job.I would highly recommend this company.A big thank you to you all.

Lordship Flooring did a fantastic job restoring our original hardwood floors. Joe, who did the work, was very friendly, explained his process thoroughly, and worked efficiently and to a very high standard. The results are much better than we'd hoped and we're so pleased with the work. The floor has a new lease of life!

We have now used Lordship Flooring to replace the flooring throughout our property with the exception of 2 rooms. The quality of flooring and workmanship are to a high standard and all the various different flooring look fantastic. In particular we have to mention Joe who is such a great communicator and his attention to detail was first class. James who works alongside him was a great supporting act. In addition, the level of customer service afforded us was beyond our expectations with Daniel, at the front desk, at the forefront of this and being always helpful, patient and professional whenever we needed advice or we were unsure of which product to choose. Lastly, we have to mention Derek the owner who was always flexible and accommodating whenever changes needed to be made. In our opinion this is a high quality company with high quality workmen and we highly recommend it.

There is great choice here, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, Daniel was particularly helpful and attentive . Dave did a great job fitting the stair runner I chose. So all good and I?m very happy.

Had stairs landing and bedrooms fitted with lordship flooring and what a brilliant experience it was. They guided us and helped us pick the right carpet and colour and we are so pleased with the result. It is fitted to a very high standard. Thank you for your patience and all your hard work. I recently had my bathroom flooring and upstairs carpets done with Lordship Flooring. They were so helpful from the offset, they really went above and beyond helping me to decide what would work best for my style and budget. I?m really fussy about colour and they even went to the effort of finding a carpet that had little blue flecks in to complement my blue walls?I had no idea about any of this stuff, as I?ve just moved in to my first home, so they?re consultation-approach was invaluable to me and made the process completely stress free!! I was so impressed with the quality of the materials. And what?s more, the guy who came round to instal was really friendly and I barely knew he was there while he worked! Can?t wait to have my stair runner and kitchen flooring done with them next??Couldn?t recommend them enough. Thanks for making my house a home team!

I?ve recently had my flooring completed by Lordship Flooring and found the whole process excellent from start to finish. I had a lot of questions where I was having a large space fitted so wanted it to be perfect, I found the staff in the shop to be very knowledgeable and felt comfortable with my decision. The fitters were friendly, had a lot of pride in their work and even tidied up after themselves. I couldn?t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning, thank you

Everyone I speak to about this place says the same thing, that the staff (the man at the front desk) were so rude they walked out and didn?t bother using them. Which is exactly what happened to me. I?ve been in multiple times over the last couple of years since we bought our house and everytime I walk out, getting nowhere. The woman who works there is lovely, the American man at reception is rude and condescending. Go to A Flooring Boutique up the road, they?re lovely, and don?t ignore you when you walk in or make the process of getting a quote feel like they?re doing you a favour.
