Room was huge and clean, bathroom and shower likewise large. Selection of Keurig pods in room was a nice touch. Ester was very helpful when I left something behind in the room she went and got it for me to pick up.

As always, a pleasure to stay. Room is very clean and quiet. Staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and helpful. Hotel Metro is my hotel of choice when in London, and will continue to book my stays there.

If you're in the area and looking for a place to stay i highly recommend. ive stayed here 3 times SO FAR. each time it gets better and better. The rooms are top quality with a beautiful modern concept as well as the staff. I appreciate the Help of both Ryan and Shawn who helped with a later checkout and made my stay infinitely more pleasurable and convenient. 100% would recommend.

I stay at Hotel Metro every few months and have always had a great experience. The rooms are huge, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the showers and soaker tubs are great and they always give the best service right from the start of booking until checkout. The location is right downtown London and walking distance to many restaurants, the indoor market and the arena for sports and concerts is right across the street.

Let me preface this by saying that I travel the world, staying at about ten different hotels each year. Therefore, I do know what constitutes good service and a good hotel. The Metro provides neither. The Metro Hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of downtown. The room was huge, clean and modern with excellent wifi, hot water and tv choice. Alas, the front desk service is totally lacking. A robot would have been more welcoming, especially since I was staying eight nights. No upgrades were given and they forgot to put extra pillows in my room as requested. (I had to come down later and ask a guy on night duty to oblige me.) The room had no safe which is unusual. During the evenings and nights, all one heard from the room above was thud, thud, thud of people walking around. There is obviously no soundproofing. I told the manager the following morning and was told there was nothing that could be done unless it was after 11 p.m. Not helpful at all. The a/c didn't work properly the first night but was immediately addressed by the manager the next morning. Finally a positive response to something. Based on the poor front desk service (other than Aditya and Esther who were wonderful) and the endless thudding from above from people walking around, I would not recommend staying here. Besides, I requested to have my invoice and payment statement emailed to me (since they don't provide paper copies when one leaves) three times. Still no response. What kind of service is this? Their loss as a woman who comes to London many times during the year asked me for my opinion about this hotel. I gave her the unvarnished truth which has certainly confirmed she'll continue to stay at the Marriott Delta.

One of the nicest staff I have ever experienced staying at a hotel property. They went over and beyond to help. Esther, Elissa, Katie, & Shawn were all a super delight! Amazing 5 stars for everyone Room is also amazing for London

I have stayed at Hotel Metro many times over the years. The rooms are always very clean and present well. The location is prime but most importantly the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating

An excellent hotel with caring and helpful staff and management! We stayed for a short time mid week and although the hotel was full, it felt calm and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the check in process, and helped us with any questions that we had. In addition, we were kindly supported by the manager, who helped us with our checkout request. We stayed with our pet, and everything about the experience was great! It's a difficult place to find outside grass, but not impossible! Our King Loft room was amazing and was impeccable in cleanliness. It was comfortable and had a high end, but relaxing feel. It is worth the walk across the street to the Market. There are so many foods to try and lots of interesting crafts and things for sale. We would absolutely stay here again!!

A hidden gem !! A cozy, safe, quiet and gorgeous place in downtown London. Great dining options, walking distance to the London Music Hall (where we went) and lots of amenities close by. The staff were incredible and it was really refreshing to enjoy a place that employs such high levels of service and staff that really care and go the extra mile for their patrons! I will definitely be on the lookout for more opportunities to visit London so that I may go back to this lovely place!!!! Thanks so much Hotel Metro... you rock!

We had a great stay at Hotel Metro while we were in London. The room and hotel location were perfect. Shawn went above and beyond with customer service. All in all an outstanding experience. We will definitely stay here again!
