What a great hotel. Concierge, front desk, hospitality staff, breakfast and family room were all just perfect for my family of 5. Great location near 2 tube stops and many walk-able attractions. We loved how it wasn't in the middle of the touristy locations...but close enough to get to anything easily. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it from start to finish

I like it for now. On the first floor, you can hear the subway in the morning and in the evening, but you get used to it quickly. The gym is small, but it works. Internet is good.Nearby activities: Convenient transport and hypermarkets nearby. Several pubs for food and beer.

Conversation at checkin.Reception: ?We only have ground floor rooms available now, is that okay with you? ?Me: ?What if I say no? ?Reception: ?You?ll get a ground floor room, sorry.?Room is okay for a cheap price at this location, but service is a bit funny.

Nice hotel, to the standard you would expect from a Marriott.

Room was clean and nice. The food choices for breakfast and lunch are very limitedThe gym is a shared one, isn?t inside the hotel itself. Not very practical.

What you would expect from marriott. Good location with London pricing. Stayed in countless Marriott hotels first one ive seen where the gym closes at 4pm because its sunday!?!? Extremley inconvenient. No laundry service on sunday earlier which is hit or miss in this area.

Very descent hotel to enjoy your stay in London. Just 15 minutes walk to Hyde Park/Kensington Palace. On you way you will pass many nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet has plenty of nice food options. Rooms are clean and very sound proof. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to stay here.

Pedal lunch in cast and iron restaurant with a narrow but tasty menu but great personel, great service. Restaurant is very spacious and they also serve to couches.

3 nights here with my family.Very good breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable rooms however rooms are quite small. The location is ideal very close to tube stations and grocery stores. Hotel staff were very helpful.Walkability: Close and walking distance to Earls court station and Gloucester road station. Also location nearby is a Sainbury and Waitrose for convenience.

I was traveling to London for the first half of the week for work, and was going to be joined by my fiancée midweek to the weekend for a holiday before Christmas. Wanted to look for something reasonably priced (GBP 200ish/night) and saw good reviews from comments online, so went with this hotel. This is an excellent, fairly new Marriott property. They initially gave me the Deluxe Guest Room which was tight for one person (that's London). I got upgraded midweek to the Juniot Suite which was much more sizable and had enough space for two people with international-size luggage. I appreciated the follow-up from the front desk there. All rooms come with enough charging slots for all your electronics needs, but you'll need to bring an adapter as it's UK-only plugs.Lounge benefits at this property was worth it. It was spacious and has all-day amenities like soda and beer on tap + a brand new espresso machine. Ended up taking a lot of work calls and doing follow-up work from meetings at the lounge instead of the Deluxe room at the beginning of the week. They also have a nice early evening buffett which included hummus and pitas, samosas, biryani rice and chicken tikka masala. You could definitely eat your fill there and skip dinner if you wanted to. They technically close at 10pm, but I stayed until 11pm one night and the staff let me keep working. It's conveniently located between two Tube stations (Earl's Court and Gloucester Road), which made it easy to get around London for meetings and tourism. Earl's Court is about a 7-10 minute walk, Gloucester Road a bit farther away. Both are on the District and Piccadilly Lines which can get you to Central London pretty quickly. It's also about a 25-30 minute walk to tourist attractions like the Royal Albert Hall, the Natural History Museum, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park which was great for the holiday part of our trip.Other comments:- Breakfast buffet spread is generous but doesn't change, so you're stuck with full English breakfast options every morning and we got tired of that by the end of the trip.- Ate at the on-site restaurant and food was pretty good, but on the pricey side. They do have TVs there with the right subscriptions so you can grab a beer and watch Premier League games.Rooms: The Deluxe Guest Room which was tight for one person. The Junior Suite which was much more sizable and had enough space for two people with international-size luggage. All rooms come with enough charging slots for all your electronics needs, but you'll need to bring an adapter as it's UK-only plugs.Nearby activities: It's about a 25-30 minute walk to tourist attractions like the Royal Albert Hall, the Natural History Museum, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park which was great for the holiday part of my trip (we watched the Christmas Carols concert at Royal Albert Hall, highly recommmend).
