We went to the bar for a drink. Great service, cocktail mixed perfectly. Very nice view of the Thames and Big Ben. The car master was very nice. The only drawback: the concierge was very arrogant.

It is a gorgeous hotel (it smells lovely, too), with a very friendly staff and a great location! Giving 4 stars, not 5, because it is shocking that a Marriott of this caliber does not have smart TV's in the room to watch any stream in services- very disappointing. Nor are their bathtubs (unless staying in a suite) or a hot tub near the pool.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The view from our room was spectacular; being right underneath the London Eye allowed us to enjoy breathtaking sights of the Palace of Westminster and Big Ben.

1. it is really good view and the room is clean and large2. but the services are so bad??1? we give the laundry sheet and bag, put them on the bed. but no one take it more than 2 days?2?the room service take away the cups. we have to call the service desk and get some papaer cups?3? we can't extend our checkout time even one of us is platinum number ans the other is gold member...there are so many other details to show that this is a bad Marroit hotel. we have stayed in many many Marroit hotels. this is the worst.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Marriott Hotel County Hall London during the Kids March break holiday. After enjoying a wonderful meal at Gillray?s steakhouse last year, we knew we had to return with the kids this year for a stay. The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like the London Eye and Big Ben, making it perfect for exploring the city.A special shoutout to Justin at the front desk, who not only made us feel welcome but also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail in arranging our rooms was greatly appreciated, especially traveling with kids.The complimentary breakfast for loyalty members at The Library restaurant was a delightful experience, with a stunning view of Big Ben adding to the ambiance. Ana Paula, our server, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service, making our dining experience truly memorable.I highly recommend Marriott Hotel County Hall London to anyone still looking for accommodation in London. It's the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.Rooms: Newly Renovated

The Location was everything.Hotel rooms are comfortable, in a good size. Not all rooms has big windows possible due to the limitation of the building. Nevertheless, was still an amazing stay there.Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.Pool is heated and indoors. Love the scent they had in the hotel too.

No words to describe the view of the Big Ben every morning. Thanks to Justin at the front desk and Ana Paola at the restaurant, they took good care of us. Will be staying there for now on.

On this cold miserable afternoon....I only stayed for a coffee and what a pleasant surprise.The atmosphere made one forget the weather, latte coffee served by an attentive waiter who certainly made one feel welcome.I certainly will come again and this time use the restaurant.Thank you.Food & drinks: An excellent selection.

We had to pay for 3 desserts by mistake. We were told we owed 33 GBP! We haven't received the money back since then. In fact, they deducted 50 GBP. We're not even in London anymore. Outrageous!

The room was perfect-clean, modern, great view and location but if I could give more than 5 stars for the service I would. Bergit was absolutely amazing!! She went out of her way to make us feel so special for our celebration! She gave us the best first impression of London! Another more than 5 stars also for our friend at the M Club, didn?t get a chance to catch his name but he is the one holding this bottle. He was the sweetest and when my husband went to grab a beer, he made sure to send up a sparkling wine for me because he remembered I loved it. Service like that is just unmatched. God bless these two always, they made an impression that will last forever! They are the ones who make a true difference in the world ?? thank you both for making it such a memorable experience!!
