I bought a Wowcher for a facial peel. I got there and I was told to have a massage because she is running late. The room was freezing and stil after the massage Farah was running late. When she arrived she told me that I should get a different peel which is better she agreed to deduct the Wowcher £34 from the price of the other peel. So I agreed and she did a quick peel and tried selling me all sorts of creams and other treatments. My bill came up to £160 for peel and £55 for massage. She refused to deduct the Wowcher £34. She said I could have it done another time. She didn't give me £5 change from £220, saying it can go towards my next treatment. Anyway I called and asked her if I bring my friend for microblading and we agreed £79, got there on Saturday and she said that the microblading is £85 and she forced my friend to have threading £10 and laser £35. The microblading she did is absolutely disgusting it had all gaps and a big blob missing . Please do not go to this woman to have any treatment done she is not professional at all. All she does is force treatment's and products on you. I messaged her and told her the issue and she didn't even have the decency to say she would rectify the issue. I have lost the Wowcher and £5 plus received bad service. Do not use her there are better salons out there.

Owner will do absolutely everything possible to charge you extra, they tell you a price at the beginning then end up saying its way more at the end. Stay away if you don't want to get scammed.

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolutely everyone stay away from this place!!I booked a voucher for my sister to got have a treatment of a facial and massage they didn?t want to give the massage even though the voucher clearly says! She booked an appointment for 3pm got there and the shop was shut! She rang and they said to wait someone is coming, my sister was standing in the rain they told her to go wait in a coffee shop!! It got to 3:10 and still no one there so she left! They rang her shouting down the phone says in she needs to come back and saying it?s none of her business why the shop was shut! It should be open and ready if someone has an appointment! Shocking behaviour

Walked out the salon crying. Was told it would originally cost £49. Ended up having to make a dodgy eft payment of £120. Would highly advise against. Rather pay a reputable salon because you end up being bamboozled for extra cash

Farah was an absolute darling. So nice and helpful. We wanted ladies only for privacy and she acomodated for us with no problem. My daughter got her hair done here for the first time today and she did an excellent job. I will be coming back for my haircut and colour next week!
