LCS accommodated a carpet fitting for me at very short notice, after another company messed up with my order. They were extremely helpful, very quick to respond, and from my first contact to fitting, everything was sorted within two weeks. The product quality is great; I was advised very professionally about the requirements and the fitting service was handled very swiftly and the finished area now looks great! I greatly appreciate the highly professional as well as personable service. Thank you very much!

I would wholeheartedly recommend London Carpet Solutions. You won't find a more genuine or skilled set of people out there. From William, who listened and advised on the perfect carpet for my needs, to Martin and Ethan, who are polite, kind, professional, highly skilled, considerate and tidy. They saw that I needed to touch up some paint on the stairs before continuing to fit the carpet and offered to come back at a later date to complete the fitting once I'd sorted that out, at no extra charge. I am so pleased I picked London Carpet Solutions - now my house feels like a home.

Loved these guys, Martin and his team of fitters were amazing, efficient and did a great job. The new carpet looks fantastic. I arranged for quotes from Carpetright and Tapi as well, but the quality of carpet was markedly better from London Carpet Solutions yet similarly priced (I managed to buy during a sales period). I?m so glad I found this company, I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Super efficient and very friendly staff.Everything was very organised and quick. I had a free in house measure, then I received samples and was booked in right after I approved them. The day of the fitting everything was done to a great standard. I was dreading the process of choosing a carpet and getting it all done, but I basically did nothing except for choosing a sample.Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

5 star experience from start to finish!! I had a very specific vision in mind, and a very tight timeline, and London Carpet Solutions made it happen. I'm so over the moon about the final result, but even more important was the entire process. Working with William was a delight, he knew exactly what I wanted and the customer service throughout the experience was top notch. Initially I had reached out to many other carpet companies and the others were overpriced with poorer quality carpets. London Carpet Solutions has much much nicer carpets and the fairest pricing I've encountered. Beyond that, they delivered quickly, efficiently, expertly, and just such a pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone else, and I know in the future I'd love to exclusively work with London Carpet Solutions. Truly the best!

I highly recommend London Carpet Solutions. Fantastic customer service. Carpet fitters were efficient polite & the quality of the carpet is lovely & extremely reasonably priced. I only had one room carpeted but will definitely be back if I decide to have other rooms done. 10/10 from me!

Excellent experience with Martin and William, couldn't recommend them enough!We didn't know anything about carpets or what exactly we needed, we just knew that we needed to get rid of the old carpets and fix some of the squeeky floors. They were great in explaining the limits of what's possible when doing such a job, brought us loads of carpet samples, and helped us decide between them without trying to upsell us. They also explained why they would choose certain measurements and where the joining of the carpets will be and how that will look like.The communication throughout was perfect, they were on time for both measuring and for the fitting job, extremely friendly and extremely competent. Would 100% choose them again.
