“We made a great decision selecting Cheval Three Quays at Tower location for our girl's trip. The property is clean and updated. And the staff are professional and helpful. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath which also came with 2 balconies. The bedrooms were well appointed and had a functional window. I found there to be plenty closet space and both rooms were equipped with a television. The bedding was perfect for winter weather and a comfortable nights sleep. The bathrooms were spacious and came with a warming towel rack. The main bathroom had an overhead and handheld shower head. The water pressure was good and water temperature great. Bath sheets were provided which are plus size friendly. The robes were not plus size friendly which is typical. FYI the tub is tall so requires a large step into the tub. Bath stocked with full size hand and body soap, lotion and shampoo. Did I mention how spacious it is?The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer (separate). The dryer worked well I did not use the washer. Room is big enough to store your luggage if you over packed like us lol.The living room is a great size with an amazing view especially when dark out and everything is lit up. The TV works well and gets a good amount of stations. The Bluetooth radio was perfect. FYI the couch sits low so if you are tall it's like a really deep squat. It was comfortable and relaxing to watch the Uber boats from that position. The kitchen was everything and more. FYI there is a book in the drawer with instructions for using the oven, stove and microwave. I didn't read it but I'm sure it's helpful. All appliances worked well. If you pick up groceries you will find most everything you need to prepare your meal/s. Shout out to property management and staff for providing bread, milk, cheese, juice, fruit, salami and fruit spread!Overall I had a great experience at Cheval Three Quays and definitely recommend this property. It's a plus for families and groups who seek the amenities provided here. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.Nearby activities: Tower of London, Uber boat, and Thames River. 10 minutes or less to Tower Bridge. Ballon Museum within walking distance.Food & drinks: Tons of places to eat nearby. I recommend Pret on the corner of the building.”

“We stayed here for a wedding. Great location, with the option for a unlimited breakfast buffet for an extra £12. I would say, for central London this is very reasonable.

Lara was especially helpful and kind, and always on hand to help. Will definitely be back again.”

“Excellent location around 15 minutes from Farringdon station as well as a short tube journey into central.

Lots of places to eat minutes away from the hotel. Paid for the inclusive buffet which was quite standard but you get what you pay for so no complaints.

The room was very nice and clean, with comfortable beds, quite happy with it for the price, especially with it being the summer holidays + middle of August.

My only annoyance was the keycards, I followed the instructions on how to use it carefully and it takes a few tries each time for it to work and open the door. Also, there was a time when the keycard stopped working completely which was a bit of a faff, but it got sorted out fairly quickly.”

“Great locating in the centre of London. Close to theatres , restaurants and perfect for sightseeing. Rooms are nice , basic but if you’re planning to spend most of your time out and about , you don’t need more .”

“An old hotel building located after a covered alley, we got allocated in room 104 which is 1 up from the hotel entrance, the room 1 to our right looked like it had a balcony. Opposite the hotel and in our view is a bar, inside the white wooden building and becomes lively at night, they put tables and chairs outside for customers.”

“Nice hotel, rooms reasonably clean, could have done with a carpet clean and the bathtaps and underside of bath handles and toilet deep cleaned. Mattresses were very firm, bedding good quality duvet and pillows. Good facilities for a basic stay. Food in bar area was OK frozen reheated chicken but nice side salad. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location for train station.”
