One young lady was lovely. Served us with great info etc.The other older lady came across rude, expressed she didn't feel happy to be open on new years day, and very dismissive to my simple question regarding an item she had bagged on behalf of the other lovely staff member.Just goes to show, however great one staff is, poor customer services gives the shop a bad name.

Store located on the first floor of the shopping centre, next to Reiss. Nice packages and offers instore.

I received the best customer service by this lady forgot her name sorry. Their products are great and they do lovely gift wrapping for free if you request.
