Spectacularly rude and unhelpful woman working at the front of the branch. Useless. I will transfer to another bank where they actually care about customers.

So painfully slow. Tried to pay cash in. Error message from the Immediate Deposit machine.
They then think it?s a good idea to ?triage? customers with receptionists, who write down your name for the queue. Would be much better if they actually just had bank tellers rather the receptionists, who could, you know, offer banking services in a bank.
Weirdly, staff were also quite scruffy! The men especially, didn?t even look like they were in a place of work, let alone a bank. Multiple unhappy customers came and left either without their problems solved or being seen at all.

I've dealt with Ganna at the bank several times, and every time I'm impressed by how fast and efficient she is. She's incredibly quick, organized, and professional. She really makes banking smooth and stress-free. I'm truly grateful for her help

So I visited the Lloyd?s branch at Charing Cross (Strand) to complete an in-store transaction. Within a minute, I was attended to by the wonderful Irene Robert, who kindly sat down with me and assisted me throughout the process. She handled my transaction with great patience, liaised with the fraud team, and even found better interest rates for my savings account. Her service was exceptional, and I left very satisfied with the outcome.
I will definitely be returning to this branch, as I was impressed by the quick service and the lack of long queues. If there is any monthly staff recognition programme, I strongly believe Irene deserves to be recognised as ?Staff of the Month.? Her excellent customer service deserves six stars!

Very rude guy/manager, he didn't let me (a costumer of the bank) to sit down to check my bank and if money came through, and wanted to kick me out for sitting there. I wasn't just sitting, I just put a lot of money on my Lloyds account and wanted to make sure everything is alright with that money and put it in the right deposit etc. Don't rush me!!! Your costumer. Crazy experience

I went in today to complete a simple transaction at Lloyd's Charing Cross (Strand). Within 1 or 2 minutes I was attended to by Amazing Irene Robert who expressly helped me to complete my transaction. She gave extremely excellent service and l was very happy with the outcome. I will definitely be returning back to this branch because l didn't have to wait for long or stay on a long queue. I believe if there is any staff monthly recognition, she should be made the staff of the month. I gave 5 star because of the service she gave. Best regards. Olu
