I have been to this salon twice now and both times with Drew. I left the salon very pleased with my hair. Drew did exactly as I wanted, he went above and beyond! Service was professional, he was a pleasure to talk with during my appointment and he always made sure I was okay. He answered any questions I had and gave great advice for hair care. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this salon (due to customer care from the company rather than anything hair related). I?d booked (2 months ago) for a wash and blowdry on the morning of my PhD graduation. Only to arrive on the morning of the event to be told my stylist was unwell and that they couldn?t do my hair.
Pretty surprised by the lack of empathy, customer service and flexibility to solve a problem. Wouldn?t recommend.

This was back in early May, but I had the most incredible balayage from Billy - even 2 months later I?m constantly receiving compliments for it!! He was courteous, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process. He gave great advice on how to achieve the results I wanted, and how to maintain the hair afterwards. He was also great fun and made the 4-5 hours speed by! Will 100% be returning when I need a refresh. Can?t recommend enough!

I had the most amazing salon experience to date with Javier! He gave me the most detailed and helpful consultation to rescue my hair from a previous disaster cut I got at my previous salon! Genuinely couldn?t be more happy with the result and have finally fallen in love with my hair again. I wouldn?t be able to thank him enough, and will for sure be continuing to book with him!

I had a really disappointing experience at LiveTrue Vauxhall, having been a loyal customer there for years. Whilst I've had some amazing hairdressers, and I generally love the atmosphere... this time I had a terrible cut and colour. I paid £212, and walked away with layers 3.5 inches shorter than I asked for (it'll take years to grow back!) and uneven colour. I contacted customer services two days after my appointment with the below photos. We had numerous back and forths (which was very difficult as they took multiple days to respond, and kept offering follow-up appointments that were during the working day)... and ultimately because a month passed after the haircut date, they wouldn't have anything to do with me. It's such a lot of money to walk away feeling so unhappy with my hair and the customer service. After such a long time going to the salon... I sadly won't be going back.
