I went in to leylands this week looking for a nice colour paint to sort out my auntys room,because the old colour has been there for years,and Lorreen was very helpful and even picked out a lovely colour for me.Thank you Lorreen????

Hiya LorreenWant to say massive Thank You for your continuous support in the shop. 10-15L 0f paint plus base twice a week and Lorren support make this mission so much easier for mi with her knowledge of the different materials/paint and what would be more suited for the job....Will continue shopping at this brance and would recommend it to associates.

I went in last week for some paint for my skirting boards and Jack was very helpful in describing the differences in the paint and helping me pick out the right one for me. Will come again.

Have been going to this store 3-4 times a week for over 3 years now. Bobby is amazing, she always helps me with my orders (mostly very large orders of over 100L with 5 or more different paint and bases). I can go collect when convenient for me and the guys at the store always help me load it up. They do have some very young staff that try very hard and are polite (albeit at times it takes a few minutes longer to process orders). I am very grateful to Bobby and her team for making my life a lot easier over the years. Thank you for all your help.

The price on the shelf didn't match the one at the counter. I believe it doesn't matter if there is a difference of 10p or 50p, that's still not fair for your customers. The gentleman who assisted said probably someone else must have misplaced the item but there were three identical in the same place. I didn't hear "sorry" or see that person changing the place for those items (it would have taken 10-20 seconds). The person at the counter asked me if I buy the same item; I didn't understand if it was a bad joke or huge lack of customer service.

Bobbi bad customer serviceHonestly haven't been treated right at all as treading customer and regular to the shop, I seen a few time one of the guys there doing a price match for another customer, so one day I was buying something and it was quite expensive compare to the other building merchants so I said it's worth to ask if they can price match the lady that was serving me her name is (BOBBI) she said if I can show her other prices she will do it then as I Google it and showed her then she said she want me to drive to them and get her a physical quotation so she can match it for me doesn't make no sense since we are in 2023 and everything online and is same price as the shop so I don't really need a physical paper to proof as she requested, then I said to her is ok I will not shop in Layland again and BOBBI replied saying (I AM SO HAPPY THAT YOU NOT GOING TO SHOP IN LAYLAND AGAIN) I am not sure if she's in the write job as customer service. BTW her manager was there and he then have to run behind me to apologise in her behalf, but the only reason I wrote this as I come back again this morning and she was treating me so rude and I was not rude to her at all .Please to Layland management put the right people in the right place.
