I had the best experience in Leyland/Chiswick High Road. The staff - Mike, Shania, Tapi and Hubi are brilliant! Any questions I asked they had an answer for me and guided me to the best options! I can definitely recommend this shop for superb customer service!

Really great service from John. I took in a floor tile as an illustration of what I wanted my sanded floor to look like. He spent about 10 minutes helping me to find exactly the right floor dye for the job. Really happy with the result - just what I wanted.

I have been today, 3 staff members on the floor only one working . 2 young guys behind the counter talking each other and showing a minimum of customer service, no good morning no thank you no please. In my business ,I would consider these 2 guys a liability not at an asset. But I cannot blame them if there is no a proper management there to train these guys.

Disappointing. Bought an item on my card and then pointed out I had been charged the wrong price (mismatch between the shelf label and their system). That?s ok - these things happen. However, staff did a very poor job of putting it right. Insisted they could only give cash which is no good for me. What really frustrated me is having clearly said I don?t want cash, they repeatedly challenged it, said ?I could go to my bank to lodge it?, and at one stage walked over to me carrying the cash despite what I?ve clearly said! Also, I said I was happy to wait until after the weekend for it to be resolved, but supervisor was unwilling to give me a note to record what happened. Fingers crossed they resolve this without me chasing them.

I love this shop, not only are the staff so helpful, supportive even, but being in it surrounded by all the tools and DIY kit, gives me a sense of being so capable, with limitless potential to 'get stuff done'. It's a bit like when watching Scandi Noir on the telly with subtitles, I feel fluent in Norwegian slang. There is nothing so empowering as leaving this place with a pot of vinyl soft sheen and a roller. Highly recommended.
