Was ordering on the self service tablet and a member of staff comes over and turns it off whilst I?m mid ordering then proceeds to shout at me to go to the till, will not be returning

Food is not great. Staff tend to lock toilets and pretend somebody is inside when they can't be bothered to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet. Better nearby options

Your usual Leon affair...servers with a face that says 'don't order...don't bother me'. No thanks when giving the food or drink that the customer has ordered. Such a pity...I want to love...but end up hating. Will take my custom elsewhere where it's actually wanted. ?

Thank you to the amazing manager Isabella at Moorgate and the lovely ladies in the morning. I made a huge mistake and ordered pick up for the wrong branch and I was running late for work too, so I was frantic and confused but somehow Isabella calmed me down and helped me identify what I did wrong, magically sorted a refund for me to then order to the correct place? I strongly advise not doing that but her resolving what I thought would be a stressful call up or message to support in the app, literally made my day!! The absolute best, star Isabella

SPENT £30 & TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER!
I went in of an evening had the worst service I?ve ever received in a fast food joint. I ordered £30 worth of food to be told none of it was available to order and told a refund would take days. Why offer and accept the order if you can?t fulfill it? Staff were shockingly bad with customer service and laughed when I explained my situation. disgusting restaurant. I will never return. Need to train their staff in customer management. Vile, vile place.

Okay, so this place looks like it was abandoned yesterday, and today, someone turned it into a fast food place. We ordered Korean crunchy chicken wrap, baked
fries, hot honey nuggets, and lemon ginger cake. Wrap was dry, and I felt like the main ingredient was coriander. Fries were old, cold, and mushy. Nuggets were drowned in some kind of hot sauce, so we haven't really tased anything else. We also ordered americano which was made on bottled water, which completely killed it.

Had a couple of average experiences here before, but thought id give them another go this time. Absolute regrets. Ordered the hot honey nuggets. Came out in room temperature, probably been sitting out for a while, 5 bits for £6.99 which I thought was overpriced for 5 cold nuggets. I think reheating your chicken before serving it is a good idea.

Enjoyed what i had and cant fault the speed of service - Could have been a bit fresher though, i pulled all the lettuce out of the wrap, looked very old and soggy :/ id have been happy to wait a few extra mins to have the wrap put together freshly.Also, about plenty of staff at the counter but still handed wrong drink. Overall decent, id go again for a quick lunch.
