It is a standard Leon. They have self service machines but I found it quicker to just place my order at the service area. I had chicken aoli which was pretty well priced and tasted fine. There wasn?t any water left when I went which was slack and the toilet was locked. It could have been a better LEON.

If you are on vacation, this is a must-do. The food is delicious and the staff is super welcoming but above all professional. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend it

Supposed to open at 9 am, I preordered on the app (as I had a train to catch), at 9.10am there was still no one there and the lights were off... Nichola (the 'Head of Guest Happiness) was pathetic in her messages and didn't seem as though she cared. A Head of guest happiness that couldn't care less further damaging this brand and misleading customers.

Leon Restaurant offers delicious food and exceptional service. We tried the halloumi wrap and fries, which were excellent, and the refreshing matcha iced tea. The staff, including Dip, Alifa, Priyanka, and Alew, provided friendly and attentive service, making our visit memorable. It's a must-visit spot for great food and a wonderful dining experience.

End of day so maybe they were running out of stuff but dhal and rice seemed a bit heavy on the rice and not much topping.

The service was incredibly rude. Despite no other customers being present, the staff initially refused to take my order at the counter, insisting I use the kiosk machine instead. While I typically enjoy Leon food, this experience has made me reconsider returning in the future.The food itself was mediocre. I was surprised to be charged an additional 30 p for Korean Mayo, a practice I've never encountered at any fast food outlet. This charge was for a sauce to accompany a very bland char grill chicken Mezze. In the past I have had staff give me this sauce but for the first time they charged for it ( I can understand if it is for a takeaway). The staff was able to charge me via the till this time for the additional 30 p ( what an irony) . Overall, it was a very poor customer experience. I've attached a picture taken as I was leaving the store, just when two other customers entered.I have no intention of returning to this store again.
