While visiting the restaurant, a staff member, a larger woman, wasn't helpful when I tried to order. Instead of taking my order, she directed me to the automated machine and then laughed about it with a colleague. She was quite rude, laughing and then fiddling with her phone instead of assisting me. This frustrating experience took me an extra 5 to 10 minutes to place my order, causing me to miss my bus.
Additionally, she forced every customer to give feedback on the spot. When customers said they would do it at home, she insisted they do it immediately, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. She was also shouting at other employees, which made me think she might be the manager. If that's the case, she's the worst manager I've encountered. I really didn't like her attitude and behavior.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Leon , and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance was charming, the service was impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. I love this place. Leon is always good but this one is by far the best. You actually get a soft yolk with your egg breakfast unlike any other fast breakfast I have seen in London. I love the ladies at the front, always helpful and friendly. Thank you for being so great

Delicious breakfast this morning,had 2 pots of bacon and halloumi(all gluten free) and had 2 bags of hash browns.Tasted amazing and it was all avalible gluten free as well.Service was fast and staff were very polite and really good with my gluten allergy!Also my lemonade was delicious toDietary restrictions: Really good,catered for gluten free really wellParking: In Central London so not many spaces availableKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Very reliable branch with knowledgable team members. Thank you for processing my order efficiently and making nice drinks. Also honourable mention to Mariana (sorry if spelled incorrectly) whose advice improved my experience at this Leon. Thank you team. Got Vanilla Matcha Latte (no espresso/coffee in it) with Oat milk, great drink.Dietary restrictions: Good for vegan, vegetarians and allergies.

The food tastes standard and nothing special i wouldn't recommend to anyone the staff were rude and the food was cold and expensive I won't be going back

Went here for a change, we placed an order and it had disappeared off Leon system's was standing for 5 minutes before realising, while others got served before us. Staff said sorry but doesn't make up for the treatment we received.When we got the food it was bland and tasteless and very dry, I wouldn't recommend it. It is overpriced for what you get.
