Food is good, not great - as you'd expect from LEON. Solid and in the pocket. I'd recommend the rice boxes.
The service here was very slow: I was initially told that there would be a 9 minute wait for my order, which quickly turned into a 22 minute wait. I was nearly late for my train next door - made it with a minute to spare!
The manager is an incredibly friendly man. He apologised profusely multiple times and gave me a free brownie as an apology of his own volition. Singlehandedly saved the service from being a 1-star, he definitely understands the value of good customer experience!
Dietary restrictions: Allergens are clearly marked. I'm a celiac and can order from their menu with confidence.

Had to order on the screen, no print out. My number appeared on the "being prepared" board but then completely disappeared. Amazed I remembered my order number. Not sure I would have got my food if I didn't enquire and give them the order number. Took ages in the end!

Fast food, although expensive for the size. Environment full of people who go to work and are in a hurry but good. The food was good.

Vegetarian options: Love Burger, Hullumi wrap and Bhaji wrap are vegan in lunch time highly preferred for all vegetarians.

I liked the food but it's always luke warm. It wasn't particularly busy and the food was cooked there and then so I don't understand why.This is a running theme at Leon Restaurants.
