We had a survey done in june by Leo we were very disappointed as he said in the report to allow £1000 - £1500 to replace some roof tiles we have had 3 roofer look at roof and without using a ladder (as he did) are quoting 30k+ as over 40% of tiles are damaged or broken al have said the same thing surveyor should have... read full comment
