We chose LentaSpace for its professional atmosphere and flexible terms, and it's been the perfect fit. Located at Thanet House on The Strand, its ideal for both our team and clients.
The move-in experience was seamless and efficient, allowing us to focus on our work from day one. What really makes this building work for our team is the outstanding support from the reception team - Gary, Joanna, and Jack are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help.

As the oldest tenants at LentaSpace Thanet House we are, and have always been, thoroughly impressed by the service, office and location.
The reception team are absolute darlings who make every accommodation for us - and the recent additions to the environment (balcony area, sonos system) have been in good taste. The monthly events keep office drudgery interesting and the volatility of the elevator adds excitement and terror.
All-in-all a 5 star experience - with a special shoutout to Jack for his impeccable attention to detail. Our clients love it, and so do we.

I've been coming to Thanet House for over a year now and I cannot recommend it enough! I've worked in a number of shared and service offices and Thanet House has been my favourite to date.
Jack, Gary and Joanne are an incredibly friendly and helpful front desk, and the building is always kept immaculate. There are a number of meeting rooms, soundproof booths and common areas so I've always got somewhere to work and focus if there are a lot of people in from my company.
The rooftop is also fantastic for team lunches and taking a break, and the building comes with a gym that I don't use nearly enough.
Thanet House has everything you would need and want in an office space. If you're looking for somewhere to rent for your work, look no further!

Thanet House is in a wonderful location straddling the West End and the City. The reception staff (especially Gary and Jack) go out of their way to be friendly, flexible and helpful, and the cleaning staff work very hard to keep the kitchens and offices gleaming. The fifth floor roof terrace is the building's wow factor. It's a brilliant place to work from.

We use LentaSpace Thanet House on The Strand in London and we are very positive about the location, the space and the lovely team who support us there. It's always spotlessly clean, bright and really welcoming.
We have also hosted Awaydays and Events in the larger rooms which worked really well.
I can't recommend Thanet House enough.

We choose Thanet House (TH) as it was close to our previous office space. It's in a great location The Strand; close to rail and underground stations as well as convenient bus routes. TH team Gary, Joanne and Jack are welcoming and looks after our need on site. TH has great office space for small and large meetings and offers very competitive rates.
