Came in to get a Suit dry cleaned. Woman was rude and dismissive, so left. Now somehow they've got my number and spammed me with a marketing text message, and with no way to unsubscribe.

SCAMMERS BEWARE - ask for payment before service and don?t dry clean?just iron and put in plastic. Do not trust their services or go here, take your money to a reliable place - first and last time I make such a mistake. If I could rate in minus I would!!!

Absolutely terrible service. I brought in a garment for alteration and was treated in the worst manner you can ever imagine. Everyone should avoid this place unless you want to be yelled at when paying for a service.

In the good spirit of Christmas, the wonderful lady working was very kind and helped me with one of my buttons falling off my suit jacket. It took all of 5 minutes and she would not accept payment. I will be coming back with all my dry cleaning needs.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I?m lucky enough to live close to this excellent dry cleaning service, not expensive and with a great customer service. Cristina makes me feel like if I was at home: always smiling and happy, she remembers my name and she is very precise and helpful whenever I asked for her help or opinion on what to do with a piece of clothes to wash or repair. Highly recommend!

I've used Leman a couple times now for their dry cleaning, alteration, repair and wash & fold services. For each of these, I have nothing but the best to say about Leman as they provide an excellent service for a fair price with a fast turnaround, what more could you ask for! Particularly helpful was Oner. He was polite, made for excellent conversation, and helped me whenever I needed it. I look forward to returning for Leman for future services.

What amazing service - was going to a nearby awards ceremony and forgot my cufflinks; it was late and shops were closed. Oner helped out with some that he had in the shop. I have been using Leman services for two months now. I love their service - Oner is so kind & always fun to talk to. I also love the packaging - but suggest a workout around plastic. I feel that plastic guilt.

Leman Dry Cleaners damaged my coat!I took my coat to be dry cleaned at Leman Dry Cleaners, my coat is a recent purchase and had no damage whatsoever, it just needed freshening up. When I collected my coat, the coat lining was damaged all over! When I asked what had happened and wanted an explanation, the man (who I believe is the owner), told me it's usual wear and tear. I said how can it be wear and tear when I brought my coat to them perfectly fine, no signs of damage. And he just kept saying it's my word against his. There was also a weird yellow stain at the top of the collar lining, he said it's not a stain and this sometimes happens when the dye comes off due to dry cleaning. I have never ever heard that before or had that happen to any of my coats I've previously dry cleaned. He then said they have done lots of jobs for other customers and no one has complained. I took my coat to them because of their good reviews and trusting that it would be in good hands. I'm so disappointed and angry. I wish I had taken pictures of my coat before handing it to them as proof. I also wish I had paid more to go to a better dry cleaner as this has now ended up costing me way more as I've had to go and get my coat lining fixed. At the point of collecting my coat, before properly checking it, I handed in my other Burberry jacket, paid for it, but when I discovered the damage on my black coat and the owner kept repeating 'my word against his', I said I no longer wish to have my second jacket cleaned and took it back (he refunded the cost of the second jacket). A refund would not have been enough to cover the cost of my black coat, I have had to pay way more than the cost of dry cleaning to fix my lining. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I will never come here again and I would suggest to anyone wanting Leman's services to take pictures of your items before handing them in.
