rude staff .... and not helpful at all... we wanted an outside table and were told there was none available even though there was... we got placed in a crowded area and there was so many empty seats around... we left and just got a coffee to go.... really disappointed....I would have thought their flagship store would have had higher standards.

Delicious coffee and no complaints there. The service was a bit weird but overall a good experience.
However, I did find it rather weird how the cleaning guy just popped into the ladies bathroom without checking before entering and was telling me that I wasn?t allowed to use toilet paper to wipe my hands even though they were already laid out on the countertop?.
And why wouldn?t I- a paying customer- not allowed to use the toilet paper as I wished?

Fantastic coffee and desserts!
Lavazza Coffee in Oxford Circus is a gem. I absolutely loved the coffee tiramisu ? rich, creamy, and full of flavor. All the drinks and desserts I tried were excellent, and the quality was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole experience was fantastic. I?ll definitely be coming back!

Sunday morning coffee and sandwich. We enjoyed the new flagship store. A wide range of speciality coffees available and several small plates. Nice ambience and friendly helpful staff.

Highly recommend this place!?
We had the tiramisu experience which was really cool with a Latte and a Moka pot. The prices were really reasonable considering the location. The service was excellent

Beautiful place for a light bite! Had melted mozzarella and tomatoes in a cronut type thing, then a gorgeous raspberry tart. Excellent service, but pricey but a not cramped or rushed and service was great. Recommend for light lunch before Palladium!
