Although I had a bit of a nightmare with some gift cards not working, the person looking after me was quite honestly, the best shop assistant I have ever had help me. Nothing was too much trouble. Each time she had to go and look for something, she wouldn't let me folllow, just stay there and she did all the searching. A personal shopper like some one else has said. She took product codes I had from online and went and found the items. So thank you Sara, you were amazing! The several other staff that tried to help were great too. I can't recomend the store and staff enough. Brilliant.

I came into Lacoste Regent Street on Sunday and was served by two lovely ladies at the till they took time to help me with my exchange and also advised me as I was unsure on a perfume I really enjoyed their service and look forward to shopping there again!

Store sucks. I brought back a bag for a refund. with the full receipt and they refused to return it even give a gift card after calling the corporate office, and they told me to bring it to the store for a refund to take care of your customers I guess as long as they take your money they don?t care once you walk out the door. Have a nice day smucks

Shout-out to the team that works at this store because I had an exchange that needed doing for a tracksuit that was bought as a Christmas present and throughout the entire process they were easy to work with, genuinely passionate about their jobs and Lacoste as a brand, and really helpful. It's a small but crucial thing to get right and they smashed it. Hearing about some of the upcoming collections was cool too

Great shop & great products.Unfortunately the price tag on the items I bought showed £50 each and I charged £55 at the check out. We didn?t realize until we were to far away to go back. So on the three items it was £15 extra than what the tags said.I love Lacoste so not to much of an issue, just that the company has a record of the problem
