Absolute worst customer service team I’ve ever encountered in my life. Refused me a refund of £164 for perfume that they claimed had been used. The boxes hadn’t even been opened and returned in resaleable condition. I am now £164 out of pocket and they have claimed they will be disposing of the items returned. PLEASE... read full comment
