Tried to call them multiple times for a meeting to give a quote for my kitchen after a good review from one of my friends local. I even gave them the kitchen measurements / design and I dont even expect them to create a new design , just requested for one online meeting with Tasha / Natasha , after multiple follow ups and emails no response. once he asked can I call you at 4 pm and then disappeared.. Pls atleast say a Firm YES / NO so the customers dont waste their time

The sales and design process from start to finish was professional and enjoyable. Lily listened to our requirements and made informed refinements to produce a kitchen design that not only met all of our needs but which also came in on budget. Ronnie recommended a contractor to fit our kitchen, Kras, and was always on hand if we had any questions and could be on site within a few hours when required. Kras finished the fitting to a high standard and in good time. If you are looking for a new kitchen, then I strongly recommend Kutchenhaus Croydon and Jordan as designer .I went to most of their competitors and received quotes from several of them, but right from the start, KH stood out for their response times and the quality of their service.Jordan put alot of effort into trying to make the best out of my small kitchen space, provided useful feedback and showed her expertise on the subject. She was involved with the project from start to finish and was always quick to respond to my emails/phone calls.The quality of the units is on par with their top end competitors, the price might be a bit higher, but the service and peace of mind is worth it.Also, their fitter Kras was great, he has a lot of experience and it definitely showed, he was always on time, replied quickly to my messages and his attention to detail was top notch.Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and with my new kitchen!Services: Remodeling

I went in recently to refurbish my kitchen. This was my first refurbishment and I was originally so worried as I knew little information about the process. The team listened to my requirements and had such specialist knowledge! Everything was tailored for us. The shop is modern and the owner Ronnie was very helpful and kind. After speaking with all the major competitors, hands-down Kutchenhaus Croydon provided me with the best quality, most considered design, and surprisingly the best price. Designer Lily More worked with me through a million iterations and the Manager Ronnie Adjei respected my budget considerations to arrive at a wonderful design. What a beautiful shop! The way the shop is wide, you see the beauty of the quality displays. The owner Ronnie, was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable about the products. He explained the price ranges and catered to my budget area. Even with my very small kitchen, the design and units that were available to me was beyond my imagination.Location is very good. Except parking could be challenging, but there are about 3onsite spaces and plenty in the surrounding areas.I loved seeing the plan on the monitor which helped. They worked the plan to suit my needs. Ronnie and Lilly were exceptional with their customer service. Thank you
