My partner and I have never had a problem with online orders, I go to Milton Keynes to either needing an exchange or refund.We receive our parcels in good time.Be really lovely if Kurt does walking sticks to match !!! Idea for the fashion as everyone woman wants to feel fabulous.

Horrible customer service. I asked to cancel an order immediately after I placed it.The website said I literally could.I have reached out to two different customer service reps to cancel and they both said that you can?t cancel items once they are ordered. I have quoted the websites cancellation policy to both, but no luck.Don?t order from this bad company. Which is a shame because they have some beautiful bags, but I sure won?t be buying any

Awful refund policy and staff! Staff are intimidating and use bullying tactics to replace faulty item even with a receipt and under 30days. Their refund policy clearly states a full refund will be given for faulty items. Needed a human to speak to but no customer service contact no.

I do not recommend the ?leather? bags from the Kurt Geiger brand which are of very poor quality. If I had known, I wouldn't have made the mistake of buying one in store. I bitterly regret my choice.

Ordered online and got my delivery a few days later. Great online service.I bought the bag earlier and then I wanted these items. Both very good quality and arrived in lovely KG branded boxes. Would be really well appreciated gifts as they look amazing.Top quality goods at a good price. My purse and wallet are different without being too in your face. They are perfect for everyday use. Perfect for carrying all your cards and photo ID as well as paper notes and coins.Love all my Kurt Geiger items and always get compliments for them. Love that they do matching items so your handbag could match your shoes.Will be purchasing more in the future.

Please do not order from Kurt Geiger. I have not received my order and they keep giving excuses that Hermes have lost the goods and KG will not process a refund. Customer services is a waste of time and the phone number is not working so I cannot speak to anyone. Does anyone know if KG are in trouble? Why would they take your money and not deliver the goods and refuse to process a refund? What has happened to KG?

If you care about your purse stay away from KG! Terrible customer service. I purchased an item online, returned it the next day via Hermes (KG's courier of choice). This was on the 15th of January. I am still waiting for a refund because Hermes has not delivered the item back to KG. Despite providing KG with pictures (front and back) of the Hermes drop off receipt, including the tracking number, and a screen shot of the tracking information, which shows the item was dropped off and return postcode = KG's, KG will not refund until they actually receive the item. How is it my (the customer's) fault that Hermes, KG's courier of choice (not mine!), has lost the parcel? Completely unacceptable.

This company have no care for the customers. I was offered a first online purchase discount if I signed up for their newsletter but they hide the terms and conditions for this offer in their FAQ section so you sign up but find out it has restrictions attached. I consider this to be deceitful. I only found this out after being placed in a hold queue for over 45 minutes which is also proof that they have no regard for their customers. I asked to speak to a manager aboiut these issues and was told no manager could speak to me as they were dealing with a heavy flow of enquiries which again is more proof that their business module is faulty.I will never purchase anything again from this disgraceful company

Placed my order online and received part of it two days later . 6 days later I contacted Kurt Geiger to enquire about the rest of the order only to be informed that it had been cancelled 3 days prior without any notification to myself.I was informed I could reorder online in another size and pay for additional delivery costs.The customer service representative did not appear to have the ability or desire to help me in anyway. A number of unsatisfactory emails were exchanged in which I was informed there was no way they could help me or rectify the situation.There was no justification as to why I was not informed of the order cancellation or why it is acceptable that I the customer bare the financial burden of the company?s error.I then contacted customer service by phone which was an even bigger disaster. The gentleman offered a discount code to compensate for the inconvenience an additional delivery charges and then said he had no codes left to offer me.A horrendous customer experience that went from bad to worse to diabolical. Company appears to have no interest in providing any type of customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before shopping with them. A mistake I definitely won't make again.

Staff at head office are less than helpful. After several weeks and chase emails Iâ??m still waiting for a refund. Donâ??t bother using the next day delivery service as your order wonâ??t arrive until the following week. They wonâ??t accept responsibility or offer any apology. I will avoid in the future.
