Been coming in for years with my dog and have often donated to the charity
Came in today with my dog off lead as no one was in there (late afternoon)...miserable new staff member ' doesn't like dogs '
Yes i would have happily put my dog who was right next to me and doing absolutely nothing wrong back on the lead....did I deserve a MISERABLE exchange with staff no
Wont be returning nor donating now!
Just because YOU don't like dogs and felt the need to articulate that to customers (whilst placed in the middle of a park surrounded by dogs)

It is the third year we celebrate the birthday of my son in Kukolala. Definitely a hidden treasure. The party was based in the garden. The decoration is amazing, all parents mentioned how beautiful it is. They adjusted the menu to the needs of my son, most of it was gluten free. The owner prepared the party with a lot of love, she prepared activities for the kids and was looking after all details (Easter eggs hunt, paddle jumping, colouring, piñata)
As a mum of a child with SEND, I can?t recommend the place enough. They have sand pit, bouncy castle, beautiful lights, popcorn machine, candy flush? very sensory. There was prepared a station with tea and chilli con carne for parents. Feel very safe for SEND kids, with no possibility to elope, all parents were relaxed and children really happy.

A proper community cafe with a lovely owner who always puts people first. If only we had more business owners like this. Does a damn fine wrap too.

To those people that have left bad reviews about coffee and food, get a grip. This is a community cafe serving coffee and snacks. It's not a swanky east London cafe with over priced posh coffee beans and avocado on sour dough bread blah blah. It's cute, friendly, welcoming, wholesome and simple; the coffee is decent, the snacks hit the spot, the staff are friendly, the kids play happily.
Keep up the good work

Passive aggressive customer service to myself and others. They seem stressed but that stress shouldn?t be offloaded onto the customers.
In terms of the coffee, they really need some basic barista training. The coffee was far too diluted. They clearly haven?t measured the coffee beans that are ground and the ground isn?t tamped properly resulting in diluted coffee and inconsistent ground beans to espresso ratio. Literally a simple YouTube video would suffice.

We hosted our little one's 3rd birthday here and it was the best decision possible. We chose the package that included food and entertainment and we were impressed by the care and attention on every single bit. The food even followed the theme and we had the best service possible. Lorie and team made sure everything was on point and even the adults were catered for with a lovely bean chilli. All the parents were impressed and the kids didn't want to leave! Thoroughly recommended!
Kid-friendliness: all the food was well chosen, not too salty or spicy. Kids loved the activities and the food.
Wheelchair accessibility: ramp available to cafe and play area is also accessible
