I can remember in about 2017 I bought the best cake ever from this place. At some point after Covid it was saying ?permanently closed ? but thanks it seems to be it?s back again.

Stopped by Konditor in Holborn for cake and tea, a patisserie which I always see in waterloo.
Dined here because they had seating and got the hazelnut cake which was tasted just like ferrero rocher.
It was good there were cake samples to help you decide.
They also had savoury muffins and artisan jam to offer.

I recently visited Konditor & Cook, and it was an absolute delight! Their brownies and mince pies are nothing short of perfection?rich, indulgent, and packed with flavor. I took a box of brownies back to my colleagues, and they couldn?t stop raving about how delicious they were. Definitely a crowd-pleaser!
What made the experience even better was the fantastic service. Antonia, who assisted me in the store, was incredibly polite and friendly. Her exceptional customer service and cheerful attitude put a big smile on my face. It?s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience, but Antonia nailed it.
If you?re looking for amazing baked goods and top-notch service, Konditor & Cook is the place to go. I can?t wait to return for more of their wonderful treats!

Walked past the bakery/cafe on my way home, saw some nice cakes, fancied a nice cake, walked in, welcomed by nice vibes, people and atmosphere, ordered a Boston Brownie which is hands down one of the best brownies I've ever had.

Edit 2019: Really nice one of the best cake places.Edit 2021: Not the same anymore.Edit 2024: The cakes dont taste the same as they did in 2017. The brownies are still a very good option.Staff are wonderful. I do hope more bussiness comes their way so the variety can come back.All the best konditor!

Just paid 5 pound for this . It cannot even be considered a slice . I mentioned it in the shop , but I don?t think they cares enough.

Staff very kindly went through great lengths to double check the ingredients of multiple cakes for me.I loved the lemon cake, sticky toffee and chocolate noisette cake (3 for 12.95). All were flavorful and moist. Particularly loved the frosting on all.I also tried the double chocolate curly whirly cake which was so dense it was sticky- unsure if it is suppsoed to taste like this . But, the taste was amazing and I enjoyed the frosting .

We ordered the most gorgeous birthday cake from Konditor for one of our Managers birthday's. It was amazing and everyone asked where I got it from. So simple to order too. A HUGE thank you. We will definately order again. Huge thank you to the Chef and all the staff.

I am not picky when it comes to cake. However, I have never in my life has a more disgusting and dry cake than from here. Their brownies are why they have 1 star and not 0.
