Having just gone through a full house project I have dealt with many vendors and I must say the Klynstone team were by far the best. The service the tiles department and the worktop team provided was exemplary.Both teams worked with me and met all agreed timelines with zero fuss. Very refreshing to deal with a company which has such an amazing ethos.I would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family.

Appalling post sales customer service. We were forced to pay the full balance of our kitchen, without outstanding issues being resolved. The manager Priya does not know how to deal with customers and has stopped replying.The delivery took hours, as it apparently only 'curb drop.' This small print was not mentioned at all before and the driver said it was not his job to offload the van, which left us with having to help unload it ourselves, without any trolley or professional equipment.The install should have taken 1-2 days, but took several days to finish and get right. Our brand new flooring was not protected during this time and has been scratched, to which no accountability has been taken or resolution provided, despite being told that the flooring should be installed first. There are also holes and chips inside the units. We have tried to reach out to amicably resolve this, to no avail. Photos included.The only positive was that Mayuri was pleasant to deal with during our showroom consultations. However, we did not feel looked after at all after our order had been placed and money had been paid. This was not her fault and we did thank her for what she did to help us.Klynstone are not a professional company and would not recommend. Our worktop company have also advised that they have stopped working with them.

I?ve always had a positive experience with both Bhavesh and Abhi. They always offer an excellent A1 service. On this occasion, I also purchased my patio tiles and bathroom tiles. I dealt with Reeba on this and she was equally fantastic. Would most certain recommend these guys.

Our second bathroom project. After going through the houses we visited Klynstone and met up with Dipz. He took time to design our shell and introduced us to the best modern bathroom fittings available in the market to suit our budget.If you are looking for quality , then Klynstone can match up with your expectations.All our furniture and tiles have been supplied by Klynstone and we are eagerly awaiting to see the end result once the bathroom is ready.Well done Dipz for all the time and effort you put in to our project.

The bathroom showroom has great products and if they don?t have something on display they will recommend things from their vast range of catalogue. I have had an positive experience and the business has provided excellent service and support. I was able to find everything from tiling to the bathroom fixtures in one place and they provided me with the perfect design and layout for the products I choose for both my bathrooms to ensure what I choose worked with the space I have. I have spent several hours in the showroom going back and forth with amends and with a smile they have provided the best advice of what will work best and according to my budget. Amazing service provide through from order update to delivery and after sales support by Jay and Dipz. Thank you!!!

Another one where they are all friendly at beginning. When querying the quality of products (tiles has visible curve when installed) they get awkward. No wonder people choose to shop with big companies for added protection.

Fantastic shop, I got tiles for my entire home, kitchen quartz worktop and other bits; cannot recommend enough, staff are extremely helpful, honest, incredibly accommodating, professional, have gone above and beyond to deliver, provide and even store my goods until I needed them. My go to store for kitchen, bathroom and tiles.
