“Oli and the team did a great job of our worktop. We got quotes from lots of different companies, however, none of them could compete with the price. Oli was very patient throughout and didn't pressure us into making a deposit. However, once the deposit was paid, it was a no rush experience until we had an install date. Once the worktops were ready, Solid Stone templated and installed within 7 days which we were very impressed with.”

“I had called in and spoke with a very well spoken lady, I think her name was Maureen. She booked me in with a gentleman call Chi.He was very informative and knew what he talking about. He gave me his whole 15 years of experience but sitting with him, you could clearly tell he been in the game for quite some time. He made my wife and myself laugh numerous times and actually understood our needs. I haven't had a service like this with Howdens or Wren. Will happily tell my mates to go to Magnets or the one in Croydon if they getting kitchen done.Also the team around him seemed so pleasant and very joyful. Really good atmosphere.”

“Kasra Karimaghaei at the Edmonton branch was excellent to deal with. Despite us taking hours to decide the details each time we attended the showroom he was extremely patient with us (even though he missed a lunch break) and was very helpful in designing a few variations to help us decide. Communication both in the showroom and remotely was top-notch and he always kept to appointments and checked-in with us frequently both before and after delivery of our kitchen. We ordered a couple missing items and they also were delivered seamlessly within a week. The kitchen/cupboards themselves could have been better made/quality as they chipped in part during the fit and generally does not feel as sturdy as the 20yr old kitchen we ripped out.
