Had the honor of meeting Barnaby from KFH about a month ago now. Was in town with my parents looking for a place close to my new school program, and Barnaby went out of his way to fully show us the apartment building, walk us to the nearby train and past the nearest park, and tell us about the area in preparation for moving here for the first time. He is extremely personable, kind, and professional. Out of all the various places we were shown, Barnaby was the agent that stood out to us the most. He followed up with more potential properties and offered help past his due. Thankful to have been assisted by him.

Chris Hulme from KFH is the best agent I have worked with during my flat hunting journey, which was definitely not easy to start. Given the tight deadline we have, Chris managed to help me find the flat that exactly fits what I am looking for. Purchased a 2 bed flat from KFH St Johns Wood and was dealing primarily with Thomas. Good chap - knows his stuff and is an effective communicator its all you can ask for really. Our agent was Barnaby Watney. He was a great. As soon as we contacted him about needing a place to rent, and explained how we only had a month to move out and he immediately got us a viewing on the same day for a great place exactly how we wanted and at in our budget, which other agents from other real estate firms didn?t do so great. We made an offer. During the whole process he was very communicative and kept us updated on every step. We managed to finish all the paperwork in the span if a week and moved in immediately. He was a huge help and made the process very easy. It was a pleasure working with him!

Barnaby was extremely helpful when my partner and I were looking for a property to rent in the area. The place we originally wanted to view had already gone, but Barnaby suggested a couple of places that were due to come on to the market soon for viewings. One of the apartments was absolutely perfect, the only reason we didn?t take it was because we had a deal to stay in our current place. Highly recommend this estate agent and suggest you ask for Barnaby if you do, he couldn?t do enough for us. We?ll be back when we?re buying in a couple of years.
