We used KFH recently for the sale of two flats which had been family homes for many years. Right from the initial meeting through to completion, we have nothing but praise for KFH, notably Connor Munro and Laura Thompson.Both were extremely professional but personable, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and seriously hardworking! Highly recommended.

Big Thank you to Grant Dunston for a very easy and enjoyable purchase of a property in Southfields. We had a target date and Grant did everything to achieve it. Additionally very helpful in gaining access to property when we needed trades people to submit quotes. Grant had a huge knowledge of market in this area, would recommend to anyone considering selling or buying.

I commend KFH Southfields on their excellent service regarding the letting of our house in Wimbledon, which they did for around 20 years. And when it came to selling our house I can't praise their Sales Assistant Manager Connor Munro enough for his attentive and ongoing interest and help in handling all the details relating to the sale.

KFH have been great at guiding me through my new tenancy.I would like to give a special shoutout to Keith Choruma who supported me through the very nerve-wracking stage where I didn't know if I would be chosen by the landlords yet. We were due to move in just before the Christmas period and the whole process was seamless and pretty well sorted for us by both Jay & Dorota who dealt with us directly, and in such period it was great to not have to worry with documents etc.Fantastic communication by both and a pleasure to deal with and the remainder of the KFH Southfields that may not have been mentioned.
