I went to go change a lipstick in KiKo Westfield, Stratford which was packed & I had a valid receipt. First they said they can?t change it because the box had a tiny rip on the side then I told them to look inside they opened it and they saw that it was brand new then there was an asian girl who passed it on to this short white girl who ended up going to take it to the manager. On the way to the manager?s she picked off the tip of the lipstick and showed it to her manager as if I had used it, the manager was a black woman who is muslim they came out saying my lipstick was damaged. The manager refused to change my lipstick saying it was ?damaged? and accused me of being aggressive when I told her I did not use it. I?m not upset over how this was all over a £10 lipstick but how dishonest the workers were here. Shame on both of them.

Rude member of staff, more concerned with texting than helping me, she begrudgingly served me.The shop itself is small but looks to have all the essentials. Unfortunately, it didn't have the 2 things I wanted, I got the feeling it was short of stock.I love KIKO make up but am disappointed with this store.

I had the most wonderful experience at Kiko Milano in Westfield White City, all thanks to Ruslana, their exceptional customer assistant. I initially visited the store with the intent of buying foundation but ended up with a whole new level of service and transformation.Ruslana's kindness and dedication shone through as she took the time to guide me through various types of foundation, pressed powder, blush, concealer, and mascara. She even went the extra mile to give me a mini-makeover, making me feel truly beautiful.What impressed me the most was Ruslana's commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. She didn't just show me the products; she patiently explained how to use each one, ensuring I left with a full understanding of what I purchased.Ruslana's exceptional service truly deserves recognition, and I wholeheartedly believe she should be rewarded for her outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. Thanks to her, I'm not only impressed by her service but also by Kiko Milano's high-quality products. I'll definitely be returning, and I can't thank Ruslana enough for making me feel and look so pretty.

The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I asked for the product and the sales girl there was lying that it?s not available.kiko is not making this product and i?m using that product since 2 years. Very disappointing. I am not coming to shop again

The staff in this branch are incredibly rude. I visited on Monday 19 June with my mother, I knew what products I wanted but my mother had some questions. The first member of staff she asked genuinely rolled her eyes, sighed and pointed vaguely to a stand, another member of staff said she didn?t know much about the products and couldn?t help and the third spent the entire 30 minutes we were in the store engrossed in a conversation with a man that was sitting in the make up chair leaning all over the counter so you had lean over him to get to a make up wipe - we needed a few wipes as we were having to trial and error the products ourselves because the staff treat their customers with such contempt. I know it was a Monday and you probably schedule your least effective and lowest paid staff, but really, there must be some basic minimum level of customer care training at Kiko before you inflict these people on your customers?

I had the worst experience ever!!!Ask one of the staff to help me in finding similar color cosmetic and she just brushed/ignore me off!!Later on find out it was Rebecca (assistant manager), if manager are behaving like this cannot expect any better from normal staff!I think I was discriminated for my Hijab....

Maida helped me to try and find my correct concelar color. She had a lot of patience and suggested alternatives when colours didn't match. Overall great service :) thanks Maida

The shades of eyeshadow's and lipsticks my wife loved buying from this brand have all been discontinued, which is a real shame. Smaller range of stocks now than in the past.
