I ordered my meal via the KFC app, which then ran out of battery shortly after I had paid. Only leaving me with access to my receipt but no ticket number through my work phone.
I explained this issue to multiple staff various times. Even describing my order. Yet no one, and I repeat no one helped me.
I proceeded to be told lies over and over. Saying it?s on its way, which was not true. Saying they were waiting for items such as ?wings? which were handed out to other customers who ordered 10+ minutes after myself. After asking again, I was then told to leave as my order was not coming. I asked why, they said I Never ordered. False.
To make it worse I was dealing with the manager on shift. So had no senior staff to ask for or speak with.
After speaking with him he was the rudest one of them all.
Showing exactly why the food, staff and service was horrendous.
If anyone with sense ran it they would sack the manager.
Possibly the worst experience I?ve ever had with any fast food restaurant.
No help. No food. 25 minute wait and only when I got angry did they supply any food. Even then it was wrong. At that point I left. Hence the complaint. Will never be using the store again.
Useless, will be posting this everywhere I can.
