PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! the pieces of chicken portions are a joke they give you the smallest ones and out of the 8 pieces of chicken me and my friend bought (so 2 of us) there was ZERO chicken legs, no variety, the chicken tasted bad and downstairs is a joke it stinks of piss and vomit not even half way down the stairs and you can already smell it DONT GO VERY UNHYGENIC!!!!

We were visiting London for a few days and so got KFC as a treat. When we arrived at 7pm we were the only people in there yet we waited almost half an hour for our food (other people came in after us, placed their orders and received their food before us).
When we finally received our order and returned to the hotel, we discovered we'd received some incorrect items despite the receipt being in the bag showing the correct order placed. Disappointed.

The downstairs smells like urine and is stone cold in the winter. It's not a very clean restaurant, even for a fast food place. They don't take AmEx.
Parking: There is no parking anywhere nearby.

The food was ok, but the tables were not cleaned - they were all sticky, I couldn't use the bathroom after eating (mainly to wash my hands) because, note - it was 1.5 hours before closing time and they closed the downstairs - after asking, she replied that the toilet was downstairs but oh, it's actually closed. I don't say hello

Fantastic food, as always with KFC. Definitely worth an extra 5 minute walk. Service is super quick, not too packed despite being small. Just avoid sitting downstairs as it always smells of toilets, due to the seating being situated next to the toilets. Staff are very smily and friendly, even remember you when you visit often.

Decent little KFC, but the milkshake machine is broken and they can't take orders at the till.

The woman behind the counter refused to serve me at the till. She asked me to use the machine because she wasn?t allowed to. The customer behind me was then allowed to be served at the till by the same woman. It felt quite demeaning. I would not recommend this branch!
