Very bad experience. I had an eye test £215 to make a pair of glasses. Two weeks later after many enquiries, the glasses were completely wrong.I was unable to see out of them. Finally Kensington Eye Centre agreed to reimburse me. They refused to reimburse for the Eye Test which may well have been the wrong prescription!All very ramshackle. I would steer well clear.It was a horrible time consuming and expensive experience.

Excellent friendly and efficient service. Pooja was amazing. I was travelling so needed new glasses quickly. Pooja was quick and efficient, quickly arranging new glasses for me but still providing a full eye examination and assessment, and not cutting corners.Highly Recommended!

We were traveling in London for vacation,but my son forgot to bring his plunger.Mrs.pooja was very friendly and helpful,she helped my son to take the ok lens out.she is very professional and nice.thank you very much.

Fantastic service. Got more info and remedies ideas from the Dry Eye clinic than I got from the Western Eye hospital where I left with just an eye drop prescription and 'come back if it gets worse' reassurance.Now I have a choice of treatments.

I popped into Kensington Eyecare recently, just to check out their amazing selection of glasses and to see if I could update my look a little... My friend and I had such fun with Pooja, the owner, trying on every possible style and we eventually found a style which I really fell in love with. So, since I already had an optician, I bought the glasses and said my goodbyes.I was leaving for holiday a week later and thought how much I would love to take those glasses with me - so I went back and asked if it was possible. Both Pooja and Anish were in the shop at the time and they could not have done more to try to make this happen - they were amazing! They called the day before I was due to leave to say they were ready - and I love them! Thank you both, so much. I'm still on holiday and I swear they have helped me enjoy it even more... I'll be back!

Needed a pair of emergency glasses after my contacts ripped. They were able to get me a pair in record time. Extremely grateful and extremely good service. Highly recommended to anyone needing a pair.

I had a full eye examination with Ms Pooja Vardhaman in December 2020. It was my first time visiting the clinic. Pooja called me beforehand for triage. At the end of the call, we booked a face-to-face appointment. My reasons for visiting the clinic were to have my annual eye check-up, and to have my prescription lenses replaced. Fixed my Wayfarers when others had said they were beyond repair. Did a fantastic job. They're as good as new now. I dealt with Pooja who was really helpful throughout. I highly reccomend this place.

Highly professional service. I have just switched from glasses to contacts which I did not find easy at first, but Kensington Eye Centre were incredibly patient and gave fantastic follow up care. If you are looking for an old school style optometrist with 10/10 service, this is it. So glad I've found them!

Eye examination amazing, but the glasses what they advice terrible, frame what they advice me are not fit completly, they didn't want to exchange, saying that they can adjust after the adjustment they said that they can't more because frame material don't allow them so everything what they are saying is just a lie. Just to sell overprice glasses. BEFORE PURCHASE CHECK IN OTHER STORES. Also fiting - THEY SCREATCH FRAMES WHEN THEY FIT LENSES. Really bad experience. ALL I RECORDED if someone would like to listen - that is supricing stupid what kind of excuise they are use. NOT RECOMEND !!!
