This has got to be the worst GP in London.It?s next to impossible to get help from both reception and the actual doctor!!! They don?t know a single thing and all sit there clueless that ever!The receptionists are extremely rude except for one young guy who is always helpful and patient, but everyone else looks down on you as if you?re doing something wrong by calling for some help.The doctors are absolutely awful. I had to take matters into my own hands and call places to get seen quicker then weeks later I get a call from the practice asking if I still want an earlier appointment even though i sorted it out on my own!Moral of the story, go private and don?t bother with this incompetent GP. If you?re looking to worsen your health, this is the perfect place.Absolute shock of a practice.

The doctors here think their above everyone and look down to the patients, treat you like your nothing. I believe everyone should get treated equally. They charge people on benefits who need prove of their condition £30 to £50 for a letter where before it was £10. Ever since covid they think they are gods and hardly any of them want to see your face any more just telephone appointments if your lucky.

Appalling practice. Patients seem to be an inconvenience and they do their absolute best to make it impossible to get help. That site was more useful 40 years ago when it was a petrol station. Website is over engineered to the point where Bill Gates would have trouble navigating around it and they expect you to jump through burning hoops to get a simple effing repeat prescription. If this bunch of tw@ts is the best we have we've all had it!

I have been a patient with this practice for almost 20 years and I have only good things to say about them. I have always been able to get an appointment on the same day. Everybody from the reception staff to nurses and doctors go out of their way to help. They have always taken the time to listen, help and support in any way they can. Thank you to all.

Used to be good now absolutely horrendous.I did an e-consult on 27/12 to get a sick note to cover the sick days I have taken off due to my lifelong illness. The sick note was written wrongly so I called up the surgery to have it amended. The person there told me that I had to redo the e-consult again because the doctor who wrote it out had left for the day and as if he was the only doctor working there and no other doctor will be able to amend it. The second time I specified the dates in the details part so that they do not get it wrong. I didn?t hear anything back. I called on 28/12 to chase it up. I spoke to another person who told me that he could not look into it but it is being looked into. I called on 29/12 and spoke to a female staff and she was very certain that the out of hours doctor will be able to do the sick note for me. So today 30/12, the doctor called and told me that it is not possible for her to do it and she will contact the surgery on Tuesday. For some reason when I told them that this has stressed me out and I will trigger my symptoms they did not care. How difficult is it for them to amend a date on a sick note when I specifically put the dates on properly for them to get it wrong and when I called they couldn?t be bothered to amend it. Since the surgery has changed hands, this place is now like other surgeries I have been with which is a shame as the doctors are really good.

If you care about your health stay away from this GP. After being with them for 3 years in which I had several issues with them such as forgetting to send urgent health referrals until I call to remind them WEEKS after, changing my mental health medication without referring me to the appropriate service, when one of my medications had a National shortage and I wasn?t able to get it they said they would refer me to the specific service so I could find a replacement but until then they couldn?t do anything, stopping this specific medication cold turkey can have SERIOUS side effects. After over 1 month they still hadn?t found me an appointment to sort it and with their track record on referrals it?s likely they forgot about it. The last drop was when I recently I called them because I was having trouble getting my repeat prescriptions through the app, like I do every month, and I was informed I had been removed from the surgery. They didn?t have an explanation for this and didn?t know why it had happened but they couldn?t send me my prescriptions anymore. They did not warn or inform me about this. Because of this I wasn?t able to get my prescriptions and ended up stopping extremely important medication cold turkey. This also meant that I had been removed from waiting lists I had been on for 2 years and will have to go on again with a different GP. Their only advice was to register with them again. Completely untrustworthy and no concern for their patients health. Stay away!

We?ve been with the surgery for over 20 years, I can honestly say we?ve never had any issues getting an appointment whether it be for myself or my kids. I went there with my son today for the first time since the surgery was taken over from Dr Pandya and his family. The waiting area and reception was a total reck! I?m not sure if they are still in changeover mode or re-decorating but it really felt like the survey is going down Hill! I really do hope this is a temporary situation as it did make me quite sad. It didn?t look hygienic or clean.

Unhelpful, they have to be chased constantly to produce results. I have been notified they are now under the Elizabeth MacMillan pharmacy I wonder why? known staff are often pleasant enough to talk but prompt service is severely lacking

One of the worst doctors practice I?ve ever known. I?ve just left it to try another one. The incompetence of both the admin staff and doctors are unbelievable - to simply get a prescription correct is a laborious job. They still never got it right so now I?ve left. Doctors are rude, even swearing when speaking to me. Avoid!

Terrible practice.Reception do not have a clue so useless in providing information and booking rights appt.Instead of Lawrence House booked me into their Westbury branch wood green. They are not registered on nhs app and patient access to book apps online so have no alternative but to telephone which will be held in long queue or go there in person.I am registering elsewhere even if have to travel further and advise current and new patients do the same.

Poor service. Someone needs to explain to the receptionists (Makida and the other lady) to be more polite and don't be rude with people. Aggressive and rude staff.

I agree with everyone, really poor service, only an east asian man and a black nurse are really nice, all others are rude, harsh and it is impossible to get through anyone on the phone despite many attemps and 1-hour long wait, when I walk in they are chatting away, and getting an appointment is a huge wait. WOuldn't recommend.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! telephone service. I have been waiting on the phone for 1 hour while waiting as 1st on the que, in the end nobody picked up and I couldn't wait any longer and ended the call. I can't imagine how other patiants who really need to be served for urgent service to waiting for these similiar waiting hours.

Very horrible surgery with mean staff right from the reception,gone are the days you will meet friendly staff that are helpful...ring 8::00 in the morning next thing you are no 15 on the queu by the time is your turn no more appointment...it?s hightimr the CQC re access or review this surgery ....sorry Dr Pandya this is coming from a worried patient.
