I visited the Holborn store today and so disappointed in the service. I went into the store with the intention of buying some shoes I had seen in the window but the two women shop assistants just stood there talking to each other and took no interest in asking if I needed any help. I left with nothing. So rude.

Went in there with an emergency for a wedding for some shoes. The manager and the lady at the front helped me find the perfect shoe and saved me from a big headache.

Today, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pair of winter boots at Jones Bootmaker in London, Holborn. I was assisted by Ian and Jamal, who provided exceptional service throughout the process. Their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the products helped me make an informed decision, and I truly appreciated the time they took to explain everything about the shoes in detail.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to both of them for their outstanding service. They are remarkable individuals, and I believe they are truly deserving of additional recognition for their hard work.

Gentleman who worked here was very helpful and accommodating, with good advice trying them on. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I wanted in stock, but he managed to find another store that has one for me.

Superb customer service - I recently bought a pair of shoes and went back to the store to buy some product as the leather wasn't in good condition anymore.
A lady called Susan was very helpful - the pair I bought proved to be faulty and she did everything she could to fix it, and since that wasn't possible offered to change them for a new pair and even reached out to other stores to find the exact same model and colour.
I'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

I purchased a pair of shoes seven months ago and the rubber sole is peeling off the bottom and the leather at one side has come apart from the base. Poor quality for the price. Not heavily worn, only worn to work in office and to and from home.

Dont pay mind to the old reviews complaining here. They're clearly about staff who don't work here anymore.
I visited three branches today and this was the best. Very efficient and personable staff willing to help. To the two ladies who were working there today - you are the best. (This is the girl who had to come back haha)
