We just had the best time of the wedding planning process so far on Saturday with Dasha and her colleagues. We really couldn't have asked for better service. The service was personalised and incredibly informative. The number one thing I'd recommend any brides or grooms to be to do before the wedding.

Amazing experience at the cocktail party event. From my initial visit to the store last month (served by a skinny tanned lady who invited me to the event) to the event itself. I wouldn?t have gone out of my way to purchase from this store, but the event was calming and a nice added touch to retail, which is definitely needed in this day and age. Thanks to Hyela (I know I got your name wrong!) for relaxing me and my girlfriend with the hand massage - and for the drinks provided. We purchased a fragrance and a shower oil which is now added to JM collection. Nice to see stores adding to the community we have in Canary Wharf - keep me posted on the next event! You should do them more often.

The shop is small thus has a sense of intimacy. Service is warm and quick. I tested the whole section and decided to go with the small version of Sage & Sea salt. I really like the Earl Grey & Cucumber however it only has 100ml size. Another downside will be the over packaging.

Very unpleasant experience returning an item here (I had the receipt, the credit card used and the item was untouched). Despite ?trying to help? and accepting the item in the end, they made me feel like a criminal. I will not be shopping at Jo Malone again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Jo Malone Covent Garden and Canary Wharf stores The gift item I purchased was misrepresented, and upon attempting to exchange it, I faced resistance and had to navigate a frustrating process through customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of interest from agency staff in their stores added to the overall dissatisfaction. It's disheartening when a brand with a history of customer loyalty falls short on both product representation and service. As a long-time customer, I'll be exploring other options moving forward.

I have never left a review for a shop on Google before, especially a brand as big as Jo Malone. But, I felt compelled to leave a review today for Alba in the Canary Wharf store. She was unbelievably helpful & knowledgable and made our visit so enjoyable. She walked us through all different scents and offered us the amazing hand & arm massage service! It?s made our day and retail need more people like lovely Alba!

I just wanted to pass on our gratitude for such a special service we received yesterday from Sonia at Canary Wharf. We was looking to find out what was new and she kindly sat us down and we discovered the blossom collection which we had missed. She indulged us in a lovely hand and arm and we felt truly spoilt. Had a pleasant visit at Jo Malone, I was served by Jiaying who was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the products and gave me an excellent service. She gave me a complimentary hand and arm massage which was so lovely. Thank you for a delightful experience.
