Visited this day (july 25th, 2023) and was delighted with the customer care received.\\nWarm welcome. No one following you around, clean store, polite, friendly staff.\\n\\nMuch love to the young man that attended to our needs, you know who you are. Had to speak with the management about your grace.\\nWe bought the new balance and two fila's.\\nI wore my fila out of the store. Respect to you.

Overall clean store, but staff attitude was pretty poor.Heard the Manager complaint about the number of temps she had been allocated that day, leaving her by the till all day?That sounds spot on as most of the staff didn?t seem to care a bit

Went today to collect crocs. Shop not busy. Kept me waiting for five minutes. Then said do you want Something!! I said yes to collect a parcel. Two girls on the till!! Another ten minutes before I got the parcel. They need to have customer training

Visited Saturday 12 March and was served by a very rude young female who had her hood up. Only bought two t shirts and she couldn?t be bothered to fold them and scrunched them up so I folded them myself. She then shouted the total me and said yeah afterwards and after I paid moved over to the other till and went on her phone. I then had to reach over and collect my own receipt from the till. I am really shocked at how rude, disrespectful and poor her customer service skills are. Will not return to this branch ever again.

Thank you to James and Sulkam (hope I spelled this correctly?) Who helped me when I bought my new trainers on Saturday afternoon. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchase and will deposit come back for my gym kit! Ot only were they very attentive but knew what they were talking about. These guys need recognition for their hard work.

Popped in looking for a pair on new trainers on a sunday afternoon, lots of staff stood around chatting, had to interrupt their chat about yummie mummies to ask for assistance, size wasn't available, didnt try and persuade me to another similar they just carried on chatting, bought online from Tower it was much easier.

Shaquille is amazing. He assisted me into finding the appropriate shoes for my child. He went the extra mile to place online order for me and ensured that I was completely satisfied. I rate more than 5 stars for Shaquille, he is excellent and an extraordinary person. He has all the requisite persona and skills to attain more than a Chief executive officer role in his career. We need great people like Shaquille in this day and age. Thank you Shaquille once again for your excellent customer service. JDsports and other companies need people like you.

Mr Bean appeared in a clip with his car just outside this building almost hitting someone at the phone kiosk. He was trying to buy a chair in a sale and had set up a "fake person made of balloons and veg" at the front of the queue

rude, uneducated manager. I will make a formal complaint with head office, on Monday, the manager said that i removed the price tag from the exchanged jogging bottoms, that i purchase an 1hr ago. "We dont provide exchanges for removed price tags, you must have removed it!" in an argumentative tone. He needs some training.Update: Just called head office for my complaint who advised me that you can get an exchange even if the price tag was removed. This manager needs re-training

The trainers I wanted wasn't in stock Kiddy check other branches no luck. In the end the trainers were ordered to be delivered to my local store. I am very pleased and impressed with the customer service received extremely friendly, keep up the great work. ? Ps trainers received in three days

The staff exhibited brilliant customer service and didn't pressure me into buying anything like some other stores do. I looked around then after a while I left to think about what I wanted to buy and on my return I got the most wonderful service. As someone who has learning difficulties shopping can be an extremely overwhelming experience but all the staff made it easy for me. The prices were fare and the sale items were lower then I would've expected them to be. I ended up buying a pair of Air Max 97 and a Fila shirt for only £70!!!! I will continue to shop there for ALL my sports clothing!!!! WELL-DONE JD SPORTS!!

Hostage of this horrible brand. Even though I presented the ticket of the purchase and the shoes are in perfect shape, the members of the store did not accept my return (wrong size). Maybe this is how this company makes money.
