Me and my partner bought our rings from JCO Jewellery and honestly could not have asked for a better experience! We both went in not knowing much at all about rings, but Naqi was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived.
He explained everything so clearly, answered every single question we had, and made the whole experience feel so exciting and special for us.
He was so attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect rings rather than just making a sale. Nothing ever felt rushed and he made us feel completely comfortable throughout. You can really tell he?s passionate about what he does :)

I liaised with brother Naqi at Jco, along with my wife. He was so patient with us and explained every step of the process to select a wedding ring for her and myself. Great experience at JCO London in Hatton Garden. Naki was super patient and helpful, even though I kept changing my mind, and never made me feel rushed.
The ring is absolutely stunning ? amazing quality and incredible shine. You can really see the craftsmanship.

I would highly recommend JCO. The service was transparent and efficient at every stage. Naqi took his time to go through all our options and understand exactly what we wanted. I purchased 2 rings which were fully designed and created by the team. They were amazing and exceeded all our expectations. We went for ring shopping and Naqi was able to see us without an appointment. He was very patient with us and showed us many designs. We could not have asked for better customer service. Once the design was chosen, he regularly kept us updated on the ring. Keep up the amazing work and we will recommend this place to everyone !!

Bought my girl?s ring from JCO London and I must say that the service was excellent. Naqi was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the ring process. He provided a lot of insight and with his advice, it made it very easy for us to choose the ring that she wanted.
