Come here often. Amazing food. Best service. The staff here couldn?t be any kinder. I dropped my meal by complete fault of my own and it was really embarrassing, my noodles went everywhere! But the staff members here immediately came over, first made sure I was okay (I was - just very embarrassed). And they had everything cleaned up and a new noodle bowl brought over super quickly. They couldn?t have been nicer about it especially considering it was my fault. Would recommend the food here x10,000 and the staff, again, couldn?t be any nicer or more dependable

Most amazing itsu experience had the lovely Arafat serve myself and my sister and he was so help, kind and top tier service. What a fantastic employee, will be back if we are in the area again that?s for sure!

I visited this joint twice when I was in London almost a decade ago. Decided to have our meal here and introducing this joint to my family.
Taste is still as good and they have many options available, filling and healthy. Recommended for those who wants to opt for healthier option.

Outstanding Service by Mr. Arafat at Itsu, London
I had a wonderful experience at Itsu in London, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Arafat. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude that immediately made me feel welcome.
Mr. Arafat was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and that I was comfortable throughout my visit. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated.
It?s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with genuine kindness ? Mr. Arafat truly made my visit special. Itsu is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. I?ll definitely be returning, and I hope more people get to experience his excellent service.
