I love the food here, nutritious and reasonably priced. The staff at this branch have a really open and nice energy. It feels clean and well managed. I found it to be a nice, calm place to grab a quick bite.

Just has been going downhill recently?I visited in the evening and the tables were dirty and no staff were available to help me with a query. Such a shame as I received lovely customer service when I visited in during the evenings in October. Clearly management has changed and become slack or issues with staff.

Cold rice pot that was meant to be hot. No sauces on tables. Staff chatting to friends . Not good. Hope I don?t get poisoning from the semi warm rice

I ordered the Thai chicken rice bowl but I had to wait too long for my food with no apology given when served. No one was available to help me when I was struggling with the kiosk also. Service was much poorer than the last time I went here in November which was quite disappointing.

I visited Itsu yesterday and had a small issue with the Itsu app. The customer service was exceptional, especially the manager. He didn?t treat it like a small issue at all and went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. Truly impressive service. Thank you!

The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted upon entering the store and assisted with my order. I ordered chicken gyoza for dine-in, but they were slightly undercooked. I brought this to the attention of the staff, who immediately replaced my order and ensured that the replacement was properly cooked. The store was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this restaurant for its outstanding service.
