itsu ? Great Queen Street is my go-to for fresh, healthy food. The teriyaki chicken and veggie gyoza are absolutely delicious. Service is always quick, and the staff are friendly ? especially the manager, Rafael, who is really charming and welcoming. The place is always clean and well-organised. A perfect spot for a fast, tasty, and satisfying meal.

Visited Itsu today and was greeted by the sweetest employee, Yosefa ? She was incredibly friendly and handed me a fortune cookie with the warmest smile. Little moments like this make the day brighter!

Nova behind the tills saw I had limited mobility due to walking stick and offered table service and brought me tap water and a fortune cookie which made me smile. Friendly service!

Great staff, nice food, thankfully the air con has been fixed, I've remembered buying sushi when the air con wasn't working, I mentioned to the manager that it was too hot inside, not sure how they survived the heat.

Food was terrible; dry and over cooked. I question if it was even a large chicken teriyaki.
To complete the insult, some obnoxious member of staff leans over me whilst I am eating to a take a picture. The reason on know he was staff is because he was behind the serving counter whilst I was waiting.

Great location for a quick lunch in the city with very fast service. Branch is well maintained and kept clean. Staff member Deepak is very friendly & helpful.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere, not much space for diners. Although staff were friendly, the restaurant was very crammed, and food was not that great.

Itsu never lets you down: great fresh food, easy ordering, very helpful staff. Great Queen street is a nice branch, clean and cosy.
