The staff at this restaurant are so kind!! They were very helpful, without being too much and provided the best service. The sushi is also great if you want to eat something quick and don?t want to spend tons. I would recommend getting the app to collect points. This is my go-to snack after work!

This Itsu branch is just around the corner from my office and always enjoy having my lunch there. Love their vitality bowls and sushi selection. Shoutout to both Kipras and Jari - they?re super friendly and always polite.

Wanted to order food, but also wanted to use toilet beforehand first.
I was told I can't. I was by myself, so I'm sorry but I ain't carrying food toilets.
I'm not homeless nor a user and I was denied to use a toilet first by a member of staff.
Do you think people when they come to restaurant and sit down, don't ever use toilet first?
You are full of yourself and a bad member of staff. Won't bother to visit again.

Itsu Aldgate offers a vibrant, fast experience with fresh, flavorful sushi and healthy dishes. The service is quick and friendly, perfect for a lunch break. The variety of options caters well to different dietary preferences, and the food is always consistent. Although staff named as Sima helped me out to use kiosk carefully. I get a nice hospitality. A great spot for a light, satisfying meal! Will be back soon. Gonna make my first order with Sima. ?

I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with my experience. The food looked completely different from what we had ordered. There were barely any pieces of meat, and the sushi was absolutely disgusting?not tasty at all.
I urge you to think twice before ordering here; it?s really not worth it. The choice is yours, folks. If anyone knows of a good café in this area, please recommend it!
