The name of the company is misleading, they only sell boiler and boiler parts. Nothing for plumbing.

Just visited to buy a couple of small plumbing items (hose and "y-piece" for washing machine) and they were very helpful and willing to serve a non-tradesman).

Only go in here if you know exactly what you're looking for and how many of it you need.Staff look at you like you're an alien if you're even remotely vague about what you need, and reply with answers like, 'mate- i aint a plumber' or 'i don't know how you're 'ouse is plumbed'. Yeah- cheers. I got that mate. But at least know your products and know what they're suitable for. Good quality products, but bad customer service.When to a merchant on middle of Holloway Rd. instead.
