Most horrible experience I have ever had sending something!I send two boxes and was at home at the house where I send them to the whole time (no one ever rang!! Or knocked!) waiting arround for the boxed to arrive and nothing!Tried to call but all I got was a bad working machine and I could not get hold of a person.Then I send them an email asking where the boxes where and when they will be delivered. They awnsered days later (!!) saying that because no one was at home they send it back to the UK!!!Long story short, when they where finally able to locate the boxes after weeks, after they have been declared as lost (!!!) and I was finally able to receive them back, HALF OF THE CONTENT WAS MISSING!!!!! AND I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK!!! NOT EVEN A COMPANSATION AMOUNT!!!Someone in the company must have basicaly stolen valuables out of the boxes and left me with the less valuable things. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Can they ever deliver on time? You can sit in front of your home/office waiting for the delivery and still receive a "sorry we've missed you/nobody home to receive it" text. This happens way too often. Two times only in the last couple of weeks. How can you not find anyone to receive the delivery in a busy coffee shop, open all day every day? Or an office with reception opened everyday? A lot of rescheduled jobs because of their drivers incompetence.

My delivery was not received as the driver did not bother to ring the house number. As we live on a private street with a gate the driver decided to turn and did not reach us.. poor service...i shall take not one, but two days off to wait for this delivery...

Absolutely ridiculous. Urgent delivery to be delivered tomorrow, no driver came to the office to collect. 6.09pm now, I have to rush to park royal depot to deliver myself.I will be changing courier companies next week.

Absolutely rubbish! Give you a time slot but just ignore it. Terrible service! It's now 1pm and still no delivery that was meant to be here at 11.21am.

They text to confirm they were coming at 10pm the night before, then at 7am the following morning said that the deliver was held up and would come in two days, then texted two hours later to say they were coming in two hours-which I then couldn't do because I had by that point left home. I rearranged delivery, which was accepted and they still turned up leaving the bulky package with a neighbour -I did not want it delivered with a neighbour as I wanted to check the package carefully before accepting.Why don't companies check these reviews before using a courrier that customers are so obviously not happy with?..

Item not delivered as the driver went to a wrong address. They didn't offer any option to reschedule the deliver the same day saying that the driver finished his shift. Speaking with the customer service has also been really hard since they made it difficult to speak with a real person.

Not helpful at all. The delivery driver was totally incompetent.He went to the wrong address, didn't call the contact number to let us know he was was in the area and lost, just left with the delivery, which we had paid extra for next day delivery.When we contacted the head office, it was made out to be out fault even though it was obviously the error of their driver, and even then they didn't try to correct it. We was told we would just have to wait till the driver can get back to us. This was totally unacceptable as we had to wait around all day and caused us to cancel pre arranged meetings and plans.I will never use this service again and I would never recommend anyone else to use this service either.Utterly disgraceful.
