I lost a lot of money with this company. I can`t believe they are even allowed to continue stealing from people. I had a logo done and a website that was never delivered. They kept asking for more money and eventually just stopped returning my emails and calls. Do not trust them

Do not buy anything from this company, they are a fraudulent company, scamming people. False promises I am going to report them. I can not believe that this company is still able to function with the fruad that they are committing. Trust me forget about what anyone says save your money, do not get anything from this company. They will first take a payment and then never pick up your calls or reply to your email.

impossible to contact, no number ever works no one gets back to you in emails, even the ability to chat online with them no longer works.weirldy enough the only way to contact this company is when they call you.

Stay away. My website is not even working now and I cant transfer it because they never provided website files or domain login information. No one is answering phone and emails either. I think they might have shut down.

To give credit where it is due... Ingic design created a logo for me, which I liked. It was value for money & delivered in a timely manner. For this reason I felt that I could entrust them to create a high quality website for me & it was on this account that I was mistaken. I was offered a complete package for £300. I expected a stand out website, which would be modern & fully mobile responsive. Instead, what I ended up with was sub-standard website, incapable of displaying information & images in the way that I wanted! When I contacted the company to ask advice on how to improve the sites interaction with Google they informed me that I ought to purchase some additional security plugins. I would have assumed that, having paid for the complete package, website security would not be an issue. However, in my naivety I agreed & paid another £100+. As far as I could tell the performance of the website wasn't affected as a result. I later noticed that the http protection, which had also come with the website had mysteriously disappeared. When I queried this I was told that I had never purchased http protection & that such protection would cost more money. I thought this to be odd but foolishly paid out more money. Before I knew it I had paid £700+ for my poor quality £300 website. The http protection subsequently went offline again! I was told that this would be looked into & rectified, but it never was! It also became apparent that there is no UK branch of this company physically based in here, although they claim to have an address at canary warf. The UK telephone number will always route you through to an office, which I believe is based somewhere in south America. Email correspondence from the companies web developers also seemed to be sent from India. I really think that this company is duplicitous! I have since gone on to discover that you can easily create your own website to a much higher standard, using one the online web design sites, for a tiny fraction of the cost! There's nothing that Ingic has done for me in way of web design, that I wasn't able to achieve for myself in a matter of hours- resulting in a website that actually looks great & does exactly what I need it to do! I've tried to contact Ingic a number of times via email & by leaving answerphone messages etc- informing them that I want the old website which they made me to be closed down as its not in use. However, it would seem that they're impossible to get hold of!

Would not give 1 star if I didn't have to.SCAM!! DO NOT employ this company. They are a scam.Took 350 pounds for a website and delivered a website only half completed after 4 months.Now not answering phone calls or emails.Went to office in canada square - doesnt exist.Rang the reception and they cant confirm the office exists - said they are virtual offices on floor 33 (mailing address)Excellent reviews must be fake.Website: No proper navigation. Did not include website content which was sent to them. Half the website still written in spanish.We are a building company and on the website says we are a cleaning company.

I have been waiting for over 6 months for them to finish my website. I had to call my bank and get my money back because these guys cant finish anything. Horrible communication. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else...

Do not use this company !The worst company ever to design your website!After 10 months and many changes due to they can not understand anything you ask them I will have to go to another company to get my website fixed and corrected !Asked for more money !Stay away

It`s been 10 months now since these people said they will do a website for me . The project was meant to take 6 weeks . I haven`t received my website. I have now asked for a refund and they are now saying they will only refund half of my money. This company is a fraud . All they do is take peoples money. Do not use this company.

The absolute worst. They simply aren't honest. I was lied to by a sales rep saying my domain will be a one time payment. Then i got an invoice for $300 to pay for hosting for the entire year. What makes matters worse is that less than half way through the year i get another call saying I owe another $300 when my one year domain fee hasn't even expired.My email portal never works either and I can never receive important emails. Ingic make me sick and have been a huge cost to my business on many different levels.They take years to get back to you and I have no one to speak to about the problems ingic has made me face in businessUsing Ingic has been one of the biggest mistakes ive made in business

UPDATE PLEASE READ!!!!!!!After post my review on FridayI decided to send another email saying I wished to purchase the content package!What a surprise, I got a response, then claimed there was a problem with my account and it would be rectified and a member of the sales team would contact me!4 days of emails had been ignored prior to that and I believe they read my google review shortly after and again no response.Total scamI tried logging into my account and there?s no access as there is now a security warning from my browser about mimicking ingic ukPaid for my logo which they provided ( it took over a week)Paid for website and domain registrationIt?s never been registeredThe link to my website and my email inbox didn?t work.Now 5 months later, my shop is nearly ready, so I contacted them to provide my content for website, now all my stationary has disappeared from my ingic account, there now no link to my website site,I got an email on Monday from Eva Lopez after informing her I was ready to provide my content.Then nothing!Originally I was pestered morning and night by a guy called joe!Basically trying to sell me more packages.Once I said I wouldn?t be ready for my content for a month or two due to shop refurbishmentHe?s disappeared also!I can?t get through to there phone numberAnd when I go on live chat no one responds and apparently there?s no designers available

Tried to scam me out of £600. Supplied poor quality work that I had to have done elsewhere. Hardly ever received responses to emails etc. Filed a complaint with PayPal to which they didn't reply so I was issued a full refund.A 'John Parker' who is an Asia-based freelance worker (from other review sites), pretending to be British and based in London (fake office address), broke off communication with me in October, then replied to me yesterday claiming he had been on holiday. No surprise, he was lying but now claims I have to spend $2000 to regain my domain information from fraudsters in the 'United States Higher Education' (whatever that means!).Long story short - avoid these con-artists and fraudsters. They are utter vermin.

Do not use, these will promise you many things, 15 months later after a 8 week deadline in 2018 website still wasn't completed, then told they couldn't do it but want the money, always giving excuses, never able to speak to anyone, emails ignored, also told website would be created from new, but copied our theme and messed all theme up when injecting code into the theme, which means unable to update or make it future proof, we have had to take the website from them and have another web designer to finish the job at more cost, the service is poor from these and only want your money, Indian based claiming to have offices all over but false information, avoid at all cost if you are looking for web designer, find a local company to do the work and ensure it is completed correctly, these are cowboys and only want your money, false promises and poor work provided, developers will mess everything up, so you will end up spending more money later on, find a local company in the UK and get your job done and completed on time with support and don't fall into they trap.. COWBOYS, MONEY GRABBERS, FLASE PROMISES, POOR WORK, KEEP AWAY FROM THESE............We employed Liam Pedley Designs in Leeds.in the end and he and his team delivered on time and excellent communication at all times, I would highly recommended Liam and his team, search google for."Liam Pedley Designs" and get your business up and running asap.
