Out of nowhere, I called and said that I had opened an account. The account was abnormal. I obviously had not opened an account. Although I had lost my ID, it was not me. How did they open the account? I thought it was a scam call, I said save it, but I was scolded with ugly words

It is said to be a British bank, but the card requires a six-digit password. Online shopping and third-party shopping are not allowed. Transferring money inward cannot be credited immediately. There is a fee for transferring money out. There is a fee for printing the transaction. There is a fee for replacing the bank card if it is lost. money. If you deposit a little money there, you will be asked to provide proof of funds. Most importantly, the documents issued by the British tax office will not be accepted. If your parents give you money, you also need to ask for your parents' bank statements, and provide the number of times your parents gave you money, the frequency and the average amount. You can't be angry yet. If you are angry, people will say that you used your account illegally, that you threatened and intimidated their staff, and forcibly closed your account. Poor service, rude staff. One pregnant woman with glasses behind the telling station was actually fighting with another employee which I had to diffuse. Absolutely appalling behaviour and no help whatsoever. She in fact told me to ?Go to China? to complete my query. Perhaps don?t bank with ICBC, there are other options. Thanks to the one employee (non-Chinese) who was polite the entire time and tried to be of help.

They do not have any physical services - card renewal, cash withdrawl or whatsoever. And the receptions were rude, I have to repeat myself twice for almost every sentence. My English was not bad mate, might as well just talk to me in mandarin to save me 40min x

There is only one bank in the UK on High Street in London. If your bank card is frozen, you have to go to the bank to unfreeze it. For other banks, just call and verify the ID card information. Moreover, if you want to withdraw a large amount of cash, you have to go to a high street bank to withdraw money and make an appointment. The Bank of China in the UK used to do the same thing, but now they have reformed. It's much more convenient and flexible than the Industrial and Commercial Bank of England, but I suggest you put your money at Barclays or other British banks, because they can find their branches everywhere. Therefore, it is recommended that international students apply to Bank of China UK Branch instead of ICBC London Branch. This bank is particularly troublesome. If you are in Edinburgh, Scotland, or Belfast, Northern Ireland, and your ICBC encounters a problem, you will have to fly to the ICBC in High Street, London, to handle business. I've had a similar experience.

I went here a few months ago, as I wanted to withdraw money from my account. They are not linked with the bank in China and don't offer personal banking. So was no help to me. They were unhelpful in explaining this to me as well.

Not ICBC of China. I hope to print out the bank statement for my daughter who is studying in London to apply for a Polish visa. The staff said that if it is not connected to the domestic network, it cannot be printed!

Absolutely appalling, I had a company cheque submitted to my account on Friday for a same day transfer, Tuesday has now finished and i have still not recieved my amount. I haved called them every hour to chase money, i get fed promises that it will reach me in a few hours, and to be patient as my calls are annoying the staff. Well I'm extremely sorry but I don't care if you're getting annoyed, I need to make payments and this unprofessional behaviour and practices from the Bank is causing me huge bouts of embarrassment and inconvenience. Thank you ICBC! ?

I do not recommend ICBC - the service is really slow and a bank transfer can take days.
