I have been going to Hynes for a number of years now and I can't recommend them enough! The staff are always friendly and professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. They have a great selection of glasses and contacts to choose from, I've always been beyond happy with the quality of their care. Highly recommend!

I have been going to have my eyes tested for 40 years at Hynes Optometrists, 36 of those years from Barnet where we moved to from West Ealing. They offer an extremely efficient and friendly service for both contact lens and glasses wearers, with state of the art equipment. I can?t recommend this small business more highly and will continue to make the journey twice a year for the very thorough check-ups.

My young child and I have been seeing Asif for the past 3 years. Asif was able to give my child a thorough eye test with a dilation check. He also does plunctal plugs for me. He has a new eye scanner which is just absolutely phenomenal, you can see a 3D image of your eye! Thank you Pauline for finding the perfect frames each time, especially when I had a budget to stick to. The front desk ladies are fantastic at bookings. Hynes is truely a dream optician. We are blessed to have you as our local opticians. Many thanks!

I have been coming to Hynes Optometrist for over 13 years they are a very friendly team and you are not just another name on a database. Asif is very professional and goes through each step explaining everything clearly. Also, comparing the previous assessments to see if there has been any degeneration or change. We are very lucky to have them in Northfields with their advanced equipment and highly trained team of Optometrists. I highly recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hynes. Although I have used them for many years and always had an excellent experience, I called them recently in a very nervous state due to a problem which frightened me greatly. As always my call was answered instantly by a person , I was listened to and seen the same day by Asif who quickly identified the problem. He reassured me in his usual calm, kind and totally professional manner and explained fully what the problem was and the solution. From start to finish I felt taken care of and valued by the whole team. Now I can see again and extend my heartfelt thanks to you all.

First class place and people. I used to live in Northfields - when I moved away 7 years ago (!) I stayed with Hynes and still come back to Northfields to use them, have never found a practice as good as this anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My family and I have used Hynes for many years now, and their service has always been exceptional. My latest appointment for a full eye test was with Muhammed-Asif Tufail. He was unhurried, very professional, and clearly explained every aspect of my examination and the associated results. The optometrist was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was familiar with my previous history. He explained clearly what he was doing at each stage of the eye examination and what the results meant. As my prescription had changed, I also met with another member of the team to discuss replacement lenses. She was very good at ensuring that I had understood the many options available and gave me the time I needed to make the best decision for me. An excellent experience all round. Although I have optometrists closer to where I live, the quality of the service at Hynes is worth the extra journey time.
