Outstanding service with staff that truly know their stuff! Had a 30 year old Seka power amp serviced, needing a new power switch and fan and volume knob repairing. Did a sterling job and at a very reasonable cost. Great, personable front of house staff too. An audio/DJ specialist gem in Dalston. Thanks-a-million. Highly recommended A+++

Needed my DT 770 M's repaired. Tried doing it myself and got nowhere. Was quoted an estimated hour's labour but since they clearly did it much quicker, they didn't charge for the full hour, so I paid almost half what I was expecting. Would recommend for repairs.

Great little shop. Fixed my amp, which other businesses had been unable to do. Came back looking squeaky clean too. It did take some time, but that was down to them trying to find me a replacement part at a good price, which I really appreciated.

Had the worst experience trying to fix my mixer when I came back they had ?cleaned it? only and parts still missing. Still got charged. Useless to pay for something I never asked . A cleaning

Used Hy Tek to repair a large active mid-top speaker that wasn't receiving power. Unfortunately I had to send it back twice before problem was properly fixed. Great, friendly customer service though, didn't cost any more to send it back and the speaker was picked up and dropped off which is very handy for a 45kg speaker.

Very Bad Customer Service, Took a deposit £50? Why? Do they think the customer ain't going to come back for the item. They over charge you for a repair & you have to pay the V.A.T for the repair as well, Jheeeze. So before you take any item to be repaired, Please shop around for a better service & do a google search for advice on prices to the issue your having with your Hardware. Hope this helps. I'm being very honest
